Domino's Pizza

I'm the kind of person that realizes that everyone has a bad day and likes to give a business the benefit of the doubt and will give them 3 or 4 chances. Let me tell you that Domino's Pizza location in Homestead, FL on 8th St. was a fail each and every time.

DONT EVER USE DOMINO's PIZZA IN HOMESTEAD, FL. This is the worst Domino's pizza location ever. It was a normal weekday night (no football games or bowl games that might have caused them to be inundated with tons of phone orders) it took them over an hour and a half to deliver the pizza to us and when I called to inquire as to the status of my order they kept placing me on hold or would not pick up the phone. When the pizza finally arrived the entire order was cold. I refused the order then called to have them refund me my money the stupid kid on the other end of the phone says he won't help me if I have attitude. Stupid little motherf@$&er. I will call the store manager and their corporate office to complain. Never using them again. Mom & Pop pizza places are the way to go.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Their employees don't even know the coupons dominos offered and give you the easy "we don't have that" answer. Cashier was telling me I can't get pizza AND Parmesan bites on the mix and match coupon??? When I've literally ordered for years and it says so clearly on the website. I had to wait for him to figure it out because how are you going to tell me I can't mix and match on a mix and match coupon?

After waiting for about 40 minutes in store to get my order, they gave me pretzel twists, NOT the Parmesan bites and barely put pepperoni on my pizza.

At the point I decided to not even say anything as these people don't know their menus, take ages to give you your food, and don't even give you what you asked for.

I don't know why I keep coming here. Maybe because it's 2 minutes away. The pizza is fine for a corporate brand, but that's the only positive. The service is terrible. Incredibly slow and the people that work there just don't seem to care. The restaurant itself isn't in great shape, it's usually dirty inside. Just go down the street to Portofino's.

I highly discourage you from ordering here .
This dominoes always disappoints me so frustrating because it's 5 mins from my home .
Everytime we've order from here the pizza has been good most of the time .
The last few times have been horrible experiences because they take over 2 hours from the time the "tracker" says it's being checked .
Today is the last time we will be ordering from here . My pizza still isn't here as I write this .

They never answer my phone and lately, my last 3 orders have been wrong. Would much rather order from Papa John's. Save your money and time. This is a photo of my order of Parmesan bread bites without the Parmesan.

Francisco is the best delivery driver by far. He delivered my pizza the last two times and he has always called to let me know when he's here, he always makes it to my house fairly quick and the pizza looks like it just came out of the oven, both times. I've always had great encounters with this gentlemen. Thank you for hiring a great employee!

I called them to order a alot of pizzas for my sons birthday and they didnt even take my order i told them my order then they hung up on me

Do not recommend. Too bad I can't give 0 stars. One day I never got my pizza I called to tell them and they did not care. Turns out the driver delivered it to the wrong house and the person living there was kind enough to personally bring me my order! If that wouldn't have happened we would have never eaten. Every time you order it's a surprise, will the pizza get here early, or 2.5 hours later? When you call they never answer to solve your issue or just hand up.

Don't order from here save yourself the struggle.

Short staff and the girl at the register doesn't know what is she doing, when I was there at least 2 more customers complained about the service and mistake on their orders. I always get dominos but this location it's the worst

Giving a 1 star bc it doesn't let me leave 0 stars. I ordered on a Friday night... delivery time said about 1 hour and 20 min. After a 2 hour wait, I received an email saying that my pizza order was canceled. It was already 10 pm. When I called the store, the man working said, I'm so sorry but my manager said to just cancel your order. We don't have enough staff I was furious!! Why wait so long to let me know!! Plus it was already paid since it was an app order. I contacted their main office. Still waiting for a response. Never ordering Domino's again.

Ordered my one pizza for carryout, an hour and 15 minutes later they have no clue where my pizza was even though pizza tracker said it was done for 30 minutes.
I told them I was no longer waiting and to cancel my order.
