Domaine Berrien Cellars

The grounds of this vineyard are peaceful and perfect for a low key afternoon of good wine, good snacks, and relaxing. The staff are helpful and knowledgable about their wines. The picnic patio area is so relaxing.

My wife and I stopped in for wine tasting. Was a good experience. We got 5 separate tastings and had enough time to savor each. They even have an outdoor seating area that overlooks the vineyards. The tasting room was on the small side. When we went, every seat was taken. As a result, was a little busy. Yet the breadth of wines was impressive.

First of all, Yelp doesn't have the correct hours of operation for this season (March). They close at 5 pm, not 6 pm. My wife and I enjoyed the variety of their wines. We were disappointed that the tasting bar had no seats, just standing (why?). The wine guide seemed to have tried to memorize what was already on the menu, which we could just read.

The tasting room was very small and crowded and because of that we felt like we were getting somewhat pushed out to do our tasting quickly. I was shorted on my tasting and had one skipped, I tried bringing it up to the staff but it was so difficult to get her attention I ended up giving up. Their wine was good however and I did make a bottle purchase.

The staff at the winery is absolutely mediocre. We were celebrating a friends 50th Bday and from the moment we walked in Tiffany was rude to our group, poor customer service all around. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are many other nice wineries with finer products and pleasant staff.

Had a flight of five red's. Enjoy the Pino Noir the best. They also have some really cute sayings on napkins, coasters, and signs for the wine enthusiast!

This visit was more for the wine drinkers in our group Fun little business in a big field of grapes!! Breena was very friendly and informative. More people started to trickle in as we were leaving. It's far away from anything, but this was a neat little spot to check out!

Great tasting room. We had a very knowledgeable woman by the name of Anna who gave great details about each wine and good direction on what we might like.

Definitely as good as it gets. You can easily see the pride these people have in their product, and their passion for wine knowledge (and sharing said knowledge). They were constantly popping bottles open and they smell each one to ensure that there wasn't cork failure (which can apparently happen 7% of the time even when all precautions are taken... see, I learned things!! We stopped in for a tasting and pretty much everyone got a bottle or two to take home.

The wine was great, the service was great, the patio was SUPER great. The grounds are very pretty, with grape vines as you drive up and then a nice pond in the back. We all enjoyed stopping here. They have some fun wine accessories to buy as well and you can take a gander of their wine 'vats' in the back too. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
