My company provided a service to the apartment complex 6 months ago and they have never paid. When we call ( they never answer the phone and have to leave a voicemail) they always say that the check is in the mail. I wonder if they treat the tenants the same way when a tenant uses the same excuse.
Do not do business with them. Bad payer. Not responsive.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Charlie S.San Diego, CA011Apr 28, 2020
If I could leave zero stars I would. I had TWO STOLEN TRUCKS OUT OF THE DOMAIN!!!! After the first one Jaime the manager of the property told me "this never happens here" and did nothing to address the issue of zero security or lack of gate closures of this supposed high end apartment complex. 5 months later it happened again. They took zero accountability and zero ownership to protect my property. In fact the detective said "man this apartment needs to address they're stolen car issues because I get a ton of reports out of here".
As a tenant I pay my bills, am a good neighbor, and mind my business and all I ask in return from management is that they protect my property. They don't care about you or your property and are a pitiful excuse of an ethical business.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jordan B.Bryan, TX823Mar 3, 2020
We lived here for 15 months, it was ok. We lived in one of the biggest one bedrooms I believe and just out grew the space. Our apartment was facing the Mexican restaurant and they started doing construction on those office buildings so there's were always men staring in to my apartment... awkward. The staff was not the friendliest...

I enjoy living here. I moved in July 2012 after my house burned down. Insurance company told me to find a temporary place to live and I always wondered what it would be like to live in City Centre. Why not? My insurance company said it was ok so I moved in. It is like living in the middle of a trendy bubble where I am within a 5 min walk from most of the best bars and restaurants on the west side of Houston.
The pool is more of a lounging pool than anything. A great spot to kick back a few drinks and soak up the sun. My favorite is the grilling area where it is designed more-less as an outdoor living room. The pool/grill area is a very good place to host a party (as I have on more than one occasion). The other amenities I have used are the business center and the indoor lounge. One of the best things about being a resident here is the 10% off most bars, restaurants and retail stores here for just being a resident.
Warning: Initially moving in will make you want to go out every night to take advantage of the convenience of hanging out in City Centre.
People who live here are typically foreign expatriates that work for oil and gas companies. I would say of socializing with residence here and there the vast majority of people here are on the company dime. My neighbors are pretty cool. Like many places similar to this place there are a number of trophy type girl friends and wives. I heard one time there was a high priced prostitute that lived here. For what they are asking for monthly rent wise I'm not even surprised (the rent will make you wanna sell yourself to make ends meet). There are always one or two jerks that pull the entitlement card (happens from time to time since money can't buy class) but otherwise I feel really good here.
Nothing is perfect so there are always one or two things that could be better. Resident parking could be better. Whoever designed the garage didn't realize how small the spaces were. Small spaces and the pain in the butt support columns don't help trying to park. The experience has made me become an expert at parking in small places. Assigned parking is $100 a month per car otherwise find a parking spot that isn't labeled reserved. That is really my only issue with this place.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Shanta J.Houston, TX571112Sep 24, 2017
I was impressed at the style and ambience of pool/cabana area. The grills and eating areas are inside. Most people get roasted while grilling so that was nice. My friends and I kept mentioning how it reminded us of a nice hotel. Pool area was clean and relaxing. People were friendly and having fun so the atmosphere was positive. A friend lives here so I will definitely be visiting more often. It's a must see!

RUN ... the location is perfect, community areas are nice. But the building management here will make you ANGRY every day. They don't pay realtors on time. Their first response to any problem is to not believe you. Fire alarms go off so often they are now ignored -- the same is true with security. It's just not worth it. There are plenty of other apartments at CityCentre. Don't choose this one

The apartments themselves here are lovely, and the location fantastic; the issue is with the lack of good management by their parent company, Greystar. They had one manager, Carrie, who mysteriously disappeared after having been terribly unresponsive, and now their second, Jamie, has not lived up to her commitment of ensuring I receive a check I am owed. Frustrated, I escalated this issue to her "boss" only to be ignored YET AGAIN. I have been polite and business like, but I am at my wit's end at this point. This morning I will attempt to reach out to the higher ups at Greystar. Hopefully this will be my last negative experience with these people. I can't recommend the propert at this point.

I've lived here for over a year now. My place was burglarized recently along with several others. (This is an ongoing problem in this building). The thieves are picking our locks and they are breaking in on various days of the week. Gray Star Mgmt / The Domain at City Centre has done zero to improve the protection of their residents except send out a few emails advising of the "alleged incidents". In my opinion it's as if they don't care. I will not renew this overpriced lease and continue living in fear of another break in . I think that everyone should know what they would be in store for if they moved here.

Living here is like being on vacation-and not just because of the location. The office staff is professional, helpful and charismatic. The maintenance crew is quick to respond, capable and trustworthy. I have met many of the buildings other residents and found them to be very friendly and fun. If I had to come up with something less than perfect, it is the parking situation. Reserved parking is pricey and nothing is done to keep non resident vehicles from sneaking in the gate and taking up the too small spaces. Either a manned gate is needed or vehicles without parking permits should be towed. We LOVE living here and the other residents I have spoken to love it also.
