Dog Collar Fancy

I LOVE Dog Collar Fancy! I found the website through a Google search. We recently rescued a puppy from a S. Korean meat farm (yes, where dogs are raised for human consumption). We wanted something sparkly, high quality and attractive.

The website had so many options that I was overwhelmed so I called Dawn to make sure that I ordered the best choice for our Pomeranian and 15 pound rescue.

Dawn was so friendly, patient and knowledgable. I really enjoyed speaking with her. She guided me through the products and I ordered online. They just arrived, less than a week from my order to us in Virginia. Everything is perfect and beautiful! Everyone in my office loves the 2 collars and harnesses that I bought. The dogs look super cute and the fit is excellent.

I highly recommend Dawn and her products! Her customer service was great and recommendations spot on.

I spoke with the owner Dawn on the phone to order my dogs Collar. She assured me I would receive my collar by the 17 or 18th of December.
I called her a week after Christmas to find out what had happened with my order. She told me it had been shipped and didn't know what happened and that I would need to wait the 17 days for her to claim the insurance on my collar.
It is now the 11th if January and I still haven't heard from her or received my collar, while she got paid On December 12th.
This is my second purchase with Dog Collar fancy and will be my last.

Pure junk...I would never let my animal wear one of these collars. Poor workmanship, cheap material and no customer service. I bought one and it was the cheapest and ugliest thing I have ever seen. Tried to return it...they wouldn't give me my money back. If there was a 0 star rating, that would still be more than they deserve. My Himalayan had two collars with bling that I loved that I bought from someone else. One she outgrew and the last one she had it till the day she died. That company is no longer on the internet. It was called Glamour Dog...they were wonderful. So imagine when I got stuck with this junk. Do not buy anything from this company...total scam. I took several photos of the collar...it is so ugly, it is almost laughable.

I got a new female puppy and everyone kept asking if she was a girl or boy so I decided to get her a girlie collar and leash. I ordered a hot pick collar and leash with as many crystals as I could and it was a total cost of $156 (which I thought was a lot).

When it arrived I was amazed because it was beautiful. The problem started a week later when it would slip off he neck because the nylon had stretched where the buckle is. Then the crystals started falling off faster than I could ever have imagined. They are glued on with what appears to be hot glue. Also, when the crystals fall out of the leash, oftentimes the prongs are still there and they would cut my hand.

I contacted Dawn (the owner) by phone and by email and she wouldn't do anything when I asked for a refund or replacement (to something stronger that caused less blood). I took her online survey and she responded that this is a decorative item and that I was abusing it. Included were instructions for cleaning the collar. I would never have paid $156 for something 'decorative'. I am not sure when a dog owner needs a collar and leash for dress up but that isn't part of my dogs life.

I finally mailed the item back and had to dispute the charge with my bank. Dawn responded that she was disputing my dispute and that she would win because she has a small button that takes you to a disclaimer hidden by the giant "PURCHASE NOW" button. She also warned me that she was a Christian (dunno why) and that she would not respond any further.

I hope my experience helps any future extravagant pet owners.

Dawn, the owner of Dog Collar Fancy, has no interest in providing customer service. She is downright rude. I ordered an expensive collar for my 5 month old puppy. When it arrived, it was so small that it fit my 5 lb. Pomeranian rather than my 11 pound, still growing, miniature poodle puppy. From the photo that I saw, I thought the collar was blue leather...apparently, now that Dawn has "rubbed my nose in it" by sending some verbage from the site back to me...it is, in fact, suede. She had the nerve to ask me..."So now what is wrong with the collar that you ordered?!!!!" I guess she didn't see the part where I still...duhhhh...wanted to order an even fancier diamond collar for my miniature poodle in spite of the mistake and my Pomeranian's windfall necklace...he loves it!!! Oops Dawn...your rude response lost you a repeat customer. My mistake! Eeek! Methinks not sums up my experience perfectly!!! PU
