A suburban secret, Diva is located in a strip mall along Route 109. They've got some good brands here, including Chanel, Gucci, Coach, and etc. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about the products she carries and prices seemed fair. I got a great Coach bag for like $35.
I also dropped off some clothing for consignment, which I hope goes to a good home.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Alice M.Holliston, MA01Jun 8, 2010
I'm very disappointed with this consignment shop. My daughter and I brought in a bunch of clothes more than two months ago and when I call them to ask when they'll be sending the checks, the owner Cheryl had told me it was already sent. I still haven't received it and it's been more than one week later. I just don't trust her business practices and won't be using them either to sell or buy anything anymore.

BEWARE!!!!
DO NOT do business here or you WILL be ripped off. Just confirm with the Millis Police the number of complaints and court actions in the past. You been warned! She will take your good and you'll get nothing in return and then shes never there.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Elisa B.Boston, MA02Jan 11, 2012
I used to LOVE this store -- I purchased many nice quality items for very fair prices. I then brought items into consign. I am not sure what happened, but I am having a really hard time getting paid for the merchandise that has been sold. I guess it is still ok to shop here, but I would NOT consign anything. I hope things improve and that I will have a chance to change my rating. Caveat emptor.

This place has really gone downhill since it went under new ownership a few years ago. As an original consignor when the store first opened, I got my checks like clockwork and I made a lot of money on my consignments. I took in things under the new management that supposedly sold and NEVER got a check, despite several promises that it would be "mailed out tomorrow". I have spoken to two other people this has happened to under the new owner. Plus the place is a mess--clothing piled high on tables, junky racks sitting outside . No wonder they can't keep track of anything. It used to be a really nice store. Now it's bad news. What a shame.

This is the worst place to do business with, the customer service is non existent. I consigned for 2 yrs with this shoppe, 2 yrs of nothing but headaches and frustration. In spite of having a contract, the owner absolutely refused to abide by the terms. In order to get a check onthe 15th of every month, I had to make a dozen phone calls, all unreturned. When I used another phone number, one she did not recognize, I got "the check is in the mail". "I misplaced it" . I can not get into my computer", etc. Not until I went to the Better Business Bureau did I get my back checks and un sold items back. Clothes go into their cellar and disappear forever. They loose Coach bags, make excuses as to what happened to them . Seriously, this a poor way to do business. The worst experience that I've ever had. They treat their consignors horribly. Run...

Not impressed. The owner was rude. I only made a small purchase and she refused to take my debit card, said I had to pay cash as it wasn't worth it to use the card! Won't be going back.

Most of these posted are probably writen by the owner herself. If you are looking to send off quality merchandise and never hear about it again then this is the place. My wife and I dropped off tons of stuff about a year ago. Items like Fendi, Prada, Gucci, ect. Things that would/should sell right away right? months later with no call or anything we finally got fed up and showed up at the shop--even though we moved an hour away. This was the only way because their phone number was disconected for weeks and still is today. Everyone should know that message happens when you don't pay your bills. We were told that they need 24 hours to pull up an account and we could not take our stuff back nor get a check. I would be surprised if they are still in business within the next 3 months so if you have stuff there go get it and if you planning on sending stuff there fiund a different place. My 12 year old could run a more organised shop!

i have purchased items here in the past- some quite nice, others you really need to check before purchasing. then i decided to consign- beware-one of the consignors will 'sneak' items into the consigned pile without actually crediting you for them. thus, if you are going to consign, you need to watch them item by item. make a list of the items you have before you go in to be sure. i realized this a bit too late.
