Diva Espresso is inside the Chinook building of King County and is right by the King County Courthouse and many county offices, so you can expect many government workers making Diva Espresso their coffee stop. I was glad to discover this place for a coffee break as there was friendly staff, food on the go and drinks to everyone's liking.

I came here on a weekday around lunch time and the place was pretty steady, with many people getting grab and go items for lunch and coffee takeout. There was only one person dining in as this corner coffee shop is on the smaller side.

I ordered a blended mocha, which didn't take long to get. The coffee was strong, which I liked and of course, chocolately! It was a good drink, and would recommend for anyone who likes blended mochas. However, if that isn't your thing, they have many items on their menu, including teas and non-caffeinated drinks, as well as sandwiches, yogurt, pastries and other smaller food items, convenient for grab and go. Diva Espresso is a good option if you need some sustenance while in the area.

The Generra is delicious and a must try if you're in the area. You can also substitute for oat milk which is another plus

Diva is a good spot for a quick bite to eat or a nice place to do your work. When it's lunch time or people are going to Diva for their break after a training they had in the Chinook building, it can get busy.

They have a small selection of common coffee and latte drinks, and tea as well. I ordered their Spring special drink- Spring Buzz a lavender and honey latte. You can definitely taste the light floral taste and the sweetness of the honey, but it was not over powering. I also picked up a salad from their fridge. It was about $7ish for their salads. Not sure if they make it in house or it's shipped here from a local deli place.

The atmosphere of the coffee shop is nice. It has a cozy feeling and warm ambience which I love. Their workers are quick and efficient.

Very nice people but coffee needs serious work as it's overpriced and bitter. I only go here under extreme circumstances as their is a deli across the street that has better options and cheaper food. Again, the staff is really nice but the way they keep skimming on products and the lack of options keeps me away.

As the Duke of Diva, I've been here a lot. The coffee is great, the espresso is good, the staff are dynamite. The food is decent but pre-made, the baked goods usually offer gluten free options and a few token apples are usually near the cashier.

The location is in the lobby of a government building, so I think they close early (5pm?) and are not open on the weekends. There is a lot of traffic and often meetings happening at all the tables which gives it a totally different feel than your typical Seattle cafe. The line gets long in the morning, and it gets a little confusing as it double backs on itself but you'll get through it eventually.

All-in-all, a nice friendly spot AND if you're looking to rub elbows with local government officials, this is your spot!

Great staff. The young lady was very helpful when it came to what I wanted. Mezzo Grande was made beautifully and it was delicious. This is a great place I will be coming here instead of Starbucks from now on.

I really enjoyed my ham, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich and chai tea. The chai tea was spot on and very frothy, which was wonderful. The sandwich was a panini and was very tasty. The employees were friendly and the overall atmosphere was good and fairly clean. Great experience. A little pricey, but I don't mind paying more for a better experience. I would recommend checking out this small cafe. Thanks.

Decent coffee & atmosphere. Friendly baristas, but s-l-o-w as molasses; I've occasionally met up w/a friend who works in the building, and we've burned up most of our coffee break standing in a painfully-slow-moving line. To exacerbate things, the pastries are inexplicably off to the side, away and not visible from the line. Too bad; a simple attitude adjustment and better line flow would make this a nice spot.

Manager walked out and left these two employees on their own and understaffed. I watched this place fill up and the employees did all they could to keep up and stay positive. Manager should be disciplined or fired. Employees did as best as they could, but took over a half hour for a decaf. 09/26/17

I am so happy to know where this Diva is... so happy. It is going to be my coffee shop near work.

The employees are nice, the service fast, and the coffee good. Plus there are these luxury biscotti that look amazing. I haven't had one yet, but give me time.

The vibe, which is indeed critical to the Seattle coffee experience, calmly walks the line between place to setup a laptop, place to chat with your friends, and place to stare out the large windows when it is raining.

      This will do indeed.
