I highly recommend the Big Brand on Thousand Oaks Blvd in Thousand Oaks. I have been coming here for about 15 years since it was Discount Tire.
I completely trust Hersh who runs the place as well as the other mechanics. I can't speak for any other Big Brand but this one is great. Thank you Hersh for taking good care of all my cars and being so honest. I appreciate you!

It was quick and easy to book my appointment and have them identify the right tires for my horse trailer and within my budget. In fact, I called around several local tire shops, and Big Brand in Thousand Oaks gave the BEST price installed and out the door, even lower by $200 over some of the other quotes I had received. When I arrived at my appointment time, they had the tires ready to put on, gave prompt and courteous service level, and answered all of my questions with clear explanations. They also suggested I keep one of the old trailer tires as an extra spare, since they still had decent tread on them. I thought that was a great idea. I will definitely go there again, as well as spread the word around the equestrian community that they have experience installing horse trailer tires, and with a long 3-horse bumper-pull horse trailer rig with dressing room, they have sufficient parking space on the back of their parking lot off of the street to do the job, where I could pull in with my rig one way and pull out facing in the same direction without having to make any type turns or turn around. I'm very pleased with the dollar value and service level.

I only paid $47.99 (groupon) for a full synthetic oil change AND a tire rotation AND battery inspection. I arrived about 20 minutes late for my appointment due to a prior obligation and I could tell the manager was annoyed at first (understandable), he told me it would take him 2.5 hours to finish the whole thing. However, it ended up only taking about 45 minutes because people after me were running late too. He ended up being super nice and getting me out of there relatively fast!

I ended up paying $6.99 extra in taxes/disposal fees on top of the groupon, but $55 for ALL of that done together is an amazing deal, especially considering it was full synthetic oil. Will definitely be hunting down their groupon again the next time I need an oil change/tire rotation!

One of those days where you go to get an oil change and they tell you there's a nail in your tire. And it is Sunday, so many other shops are closed. Thank you for your friendly and speedy customer service for my tire repair!

....I've been coming here for years...when it was "Discount Tires" for tires, brakes, and
alignments. But, now it has changed hands to a BB franchise. Same crew was still there as before...so I chose to try it and left my truck for an alignment. As usual, excellent work, great guys, and prompt!

Small local shop...nothing fancy but great work. Alignments have ALWAYS been excellent on all my cars, trucks, etc., which has not necessarily been the case with other local tire shops

BTW...prices went up a bit, but are still competitive...time will tell. ‍

Also, be advised when you call ...you are now getting a CALL CENTER rep. instead of the local shop personnel ...which is NEW since the BB changeover... and NOT a step forward IMHO.

I was burning oil and told I should replace the motor. Took it to Gilberto
and he was able to focus in on the problem.
Picked it up today and the problem is fixed.
Service is excellent and they are knowledgable.
I highly recommend Gilberto and his team!

Fast, efficient service at a good price. I was on a road trip and just passing through when one of my tires was about to fail. I called four other shops and nobody had my specific tire size. This shop went to their warehouse, retrieved my tire and had me back on the road in close to an hour! Would definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome, I called at 9 on a Saturday to schedule a wheel alignment for 1:30pm and they had a promotion too for about $85. I was at the Subaru dealership getting my 08 forester worked on, they offered an alignment at $180, so going with these guys is a no brained. I waited an hour or so and they knocked it out. 5/5 recommend
