About the Business
The Ogden Dinosaur Park & Museum Foundation strives to secure and provide resources to develop and maintain dinosaurian natural history exhibits, educational and recreational activities, and expanded facilities and programs to service people of all ages. The Dinosaur Park is truly a collaborative effort of the many caring business owners, private foundations and individuals who put forth an effort to open a unique and exciting adventure park for all to share. Initially 26 replicas of dinosaurs dotted the eight acres of outdoor trails and in 2002, the Elizabeth Dee Shaw Stewart Museum was completed with 16,000 sq. feet of open space housing artifacts ranging from the Permian through Cretaceous periods and Northern Utah's largest of gem and mineral collection display. A working paleontology lab, filled with experienced field and research volunteers is visible to patrons and more recently the second level has come to life with the roaring, stomping sounds of a robotic dinosaur scene.

This is a fabulous place to take your kids. We've had a membership for years! My kids still love it. There is a great indoor museum where you can see the dinosaur bones. Upstairs they have a cool animatronic, they also have a great display of gems.
Outside there is a ton more to do. There is a lot of walking trails, with dinosaurs on it. There are some activities like digging up dino bones and there is a playground made with dinosaurs. It's very unique.
They have picnic areas you can reserve. There are multiple bathrooms and drinking fountains. There are some huge fish you can feed in the river that flows through the park.
They also do random activities during the year.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Glenn D.Rancho Santa Margarita, CA2941Apr 3, 2024

This Dinosaur Park was amazing it is perfect for your family to go and have fun for the day. This park can also be a great learning opportunity. With each dinosaur there is some facts that you can learn. There is also a park that you kids can go play on. I recommend going to this park.

The park is great and in a nice location. The exhibits put the dinosaurs in a prehistoric life-like situation, just they should add more marine reptiles and pterosaurs.
