Diego Delivery Furniture Installers

Do not use this company. The prior owners were wonderful. The current owners say horrible things about their employees to customers!! Who does that?

They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They have lost furniture and claim they never received it. Even when shown proof of delivery, they can't find it. They take days and days to respond to emails or phone calls to schedule deliveries or pickups. They charge considerably more than their competitors like Mahogany Run.

Avoid at all costs.

They moved to Vista, CA! and this was great because they did my move real quick in the morning then moved all my things to my new apartment.
I previously hired another company and paid less with that "2 guys company" and broke my printer and scratched my guitar which I KNOW wasn't before the move.
Paid a little more with Diego delivery but you can tell they are professionals. I would say if you have 1 thing or two that are PRECIOUS like a piano, stand alone clock or something fragile or expensive, definitely go with Diego.

RUNNNN!!! This company was great until the change of ownership last fall and now they take literal WEEKS (no exaggeration) to get back simple things like a receipt for past invoice. They literally threw out all their old files and can't find anything. It's a nightmare.

They have had my furniture for over a week and have promised to deliver it and not even called or shown up. I would never use them again or suggest anybody else use them.

They delivered on schedule. But one of the guys didn't wear a mask. He didn't even bother to ask if I'd like for him to wear a mask. I don't know his vaccine status, and he didn't know mine either. It was such an irresponsible thing for him to show up and spend considerable time in my home without a mask. I called the business to share feedback but they never returned my call.

Diego Delivery has delivered several times to our San Diego-area home and not only were they were professional and courteous, they spent considerable time and effort making a very difficult delivery through a narrow entrance!
They delivered on time, unwrapped and placed everything, made certain all pieces worked properly and cleaned up afterwards.
I'd use this company again in a heartbeat!

Forgot to post this a few months back when they made a few deliveries to our house!

Diego Delivery had our furniture and could not locate it. Said would look into and call back. Never called. Called again, still could not locate. Said would look into and call back. Again no return call. Called store that sold it to us and they sorted it out with them after a week or two. Received call to schedule delivery yet they could not confirm what they were delivering. Asked them to confirm they have and got major attitude. Asked to speak to a supervisor... learned I was speaking to the owner who was a major $*@#&. After almost a month of having our $20k worth of furniture and unable to locate and delivery and get attitude from owner... amazing.

Scheduled delivery and get call that they will be here between 11:30-1. Didn't show up until 2:30. Will not be buying furniture from anyone in the future if they use this company.

Here is the scoop: those guys were scheduled to deliver a very large antique mirror today July 3rd in Los Angeles. Plans had been made
to have the mirror delivered and we had asked them to have the courtesy to avoid the hours between 12-1.
Diego Delivery was aware of our hours of operation 10-6 but nevertheless they elected to call us at 10.07 this morning. Unfortunately no one was at the office to answer their query.
So when I called them at 2.15 inquiring about the status of the mirror, the owner Rich, on the phone stated that he does not go around Los Angeles attempting deliveries. I lost it and told the incompetent owner off.
If you go to make a delivery to a legitimate business with stated opening hours, there is NO NEED to find out if someone is there to receive the goods.

We are located in Northern California and our client is in San Diego. We had all of the furniture, accessories, et al shipped to and received by Diego Delivery and set a date to have them deliver everything. Everyone we worked with did a fantastic job of communicating everything that was received and confirming everything was in great condition. On the delivery date we had one small hiccup and Diego worked around it beautifully. Their people not only had a great attitude but they knew what they were doing when it came to placement of furnishings.

We could not be happier with their service. They made the delivery a "breeze"... we HIGHLY recommend this company.
