Sure, you can head over to the Houston Galleria and pay full retail. Thing is I hate paying retail as most do. Instead, I shop at places like Diamond Jewelry and Loan on my trips to Houston. Guess I've been dropping in for around five years now.

Here you'll find estate type jewelry along with a good selection of pre-owned watches such as Rolex, Tag Heuer, and Tudor. Watches at least Rolex are sold with a warranty! Adjustments such as links adding or removal are done on site so you can wear your new wrist candy out the door.

My purchases have ranged from a $100 all the way to $5,000. Staff has varied over the years yet Victor seems to be a constant in recent memory. His customer service is quite attentive and he will haggle within reason. Took home something I've always wanted a few weekends ago at a good price. See yall next trip!

I have been a customer for years, Victor and his staff have serviced my Rolex.

Some years ago I had a sterling silver tea set, and I decided to sell it and Victor was very fair.

I have purchased high end jewelry for my other half and their prices have been extremely fair.

The owner and her son are very decent folks.

A couple of years ago I sold Victor a Tag Monaco and purchased a vintage Rolex 1601.

Don't hesitate to do business with them, they are very decent people unlike the Wright Pawn Shop, their prices are very fair.

I found this company online, after recently moving to the Houston area. I submitted their online form, which stated someone would promptly get back with me. I never heard anything back, so I emailed again. I received an email from a MCrouch@landmarkdevelopers. Questioning the email address, I called the business to make sure this was legit. I was informed this was the "owner" of the business. The email said "Yeah, sure, how can we help you"? That was it.

I replied sending a copy of my 10/2021 appraisal, from a GIA graduate appraiser, and a picture of the ring. I then received another email, stating they would definately purchase this piece, but "the Tanzanite market is down", yada, yada, yada, and how much did I want for it?

I replied that "I understood the whole process of selling pre-owned jewelry, and preferred that he give me a price they would purchase it for. I also said, I would not accept $3K to $4K for it, as I knew the value, and I was not in a "hardship situation", that it was a ring from a ex-husband, and I preferred to have something different". I have many high end pieces, I may have sold, if this company had acted "Half-Way" professionally. I got a return email, after I would not name a price I wanted for the ring, stating, "The item is not for us".

I was in the Automobile business for 15 years, in sales and management. You don't take your car in to "trade it in and tell the salesperson what you "want" for it. This, "owner", M.Crouch, was totally unprofessional, after I stated I wanted HIM to tell me what they would give me for my piece.

Sellers - Beware when a company, that you wish to sell a piece to, will NOT give you the price they are willing to pay for it!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY IF YOU WANT TO SELL.
I had a 1ct E diamond in a couple weeks ago looking to possibly sell, the appraiser took one look at the piece under the microscope and told me it was cubic zarconium. I had the appraisal paperwork in my pocket, so clearly he did not know what he was doing.

I have been dealing with Victor for some 28 years, he is the best. I rely on him for everything. Great friend also. Thanks Victor for many years of service.

Have been shopping around for the past few weekends now trying to find a place that has a good assortment of Rolexes and stumbled across Houston Jewelry Buyers this weekend. Was promptly greeted by Diego once we got in and described to him exactly what I was looking for. His customer service was excellent, patiently showing me each watch one by one allowing me to try on all of them and answering any further questions I had. Towards the end, it was a toss up between two datejusts and was able to walk away with my watch thanks to his help. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a watch!

Came in last week to get my watch resized and was remarkably surprised with the customer service ! Talk about impressive! Jimmy Martinez had me out the door in less than 5 min. Charged $0 for the resizing btw. Most places are going to charge you and arm and leg for a simple task. I will definitely be coming back and letting everyone I know where they can purchase fine jewelry without the big retail hassle.
