Yesterday was my second visit to Dr. Khoury's office. on both visits, the office staff was very efficient and professional while still maintaining a warm personal approach. Eye exam machinery and techniques are clean and modern. My appointment was with Dr. Grigoryan and she was great. Very professional, listened intently, and clearly knew her field well.
Thank you, Dr. Grigoryan and Office Staff and I'll see you in a year when my next visit is due!

I would give this office a top rating. Waiting time was minimal. Office staff is efficient and professional. Doctor Kattengell was helpful and informative. The cost is affordable too. Can't ask for much more than that.

I highly recommend this place!! The Doctor is amazing and she is very thorough & friendly and makes the exam a pleasant experience. Very easy to get an appointment and it only takes about 15 minutes! Not to mention it's probably the most affordable exam in LA. Plus after you can shop at Costco with the money you saved on the exam!

dr Khoury is an excellent eye care professional. Sadly he works at Costco which does not have a very good service department for purchasing glasses. I was not treated very well and was refused service by the eyeglass counter staff person. Disappointing.

5 stars because the eye department was able to reprint my prescription since I had lost it. Also the wait time was fairly short on ordering my new glasses because they had 4 people working and used the old deli numbering system - bravo !!

Dr. Afrouz Alai, OD has been checking my eyesight for contact lenses and glasses for the past few years, and she's, by far, the best optometrist I've had in decades! She provided a solution for my eyesight that took into account my particular situation, and customized a prescription that gave me the best vision possible. The staff at this office is also very helpful and organized. They even emailed me my prescription for future use when ordering through the Costco Optical website.

I have been going to Dr. Khoury's office at the Burbank Costco for years. The quality of care is consistently good, it's convenient, and there is a very short wait time (note that does not apply to the opticians outside!)

An excellent experience....very efficient and knowledgeable...also very friendly and easy to understand.
I highly recommend their services.
