Destiny Limousine

Owner Ken Webber doesnt pay back vendors! Ran off with over 100k still owed to us and refuses to pay! He claims that he sold his business and doesnt owe anyone anymore! I'll see you in court!

This company is awesome. User friendly online reservation site and email confirmation was appreciated. Our drivers were on-time and very friendly to and from the airport. We appreciated the text notifications that our driver had arrived as well. Will use Destiny again when traveling to Rochester.

Nice and clean cars and great service. I first rode with them couple of months ago and was impressed by the service i got, but decided to hold the review until i rode few more times with them. I have been using their services for few months now and it has been consistently great. I spoke with Ken on phone the first couple of times, he was very nice to make a new reservation on a short notice. Making new reservations since then has been very easy and convenient - i drop them an email requesting a ride in advance (based on my travel plans. I use their services for getting to and from MSP.), i get a confirmation from them, get ride, get billed afterwards (they have my cc info in my profile in their system). Smooth.

I have ridden with Mike most of the times and he is a very respectful individual, a gentleman. All of their drivers have been nice and professional.

Booked them for an airport ride. The driver never showed up. Called to ask whereabouts of the shuttle and the response was 'I am sorry the person making the reservation didnt make the reservation properly, and your pick up is not even listed'. I dont think I will book them again.

Great trip from the airport with Mike. He was waiting for us when we arrived & told us about good restaurants & more. Very nice guy. The company called while we were in the car to make sure pickup went well.

I had a reservation for a car from MSP to Rochester at 11:11 pm on a Tuesday night. My flight was delayed and arrived 2 hours late. I received an email from Destiny Limo at 9:15 pm on the night I was to be picked up, just as I was boarding the flight from MIami to MSP, telling me "Do to the flight delay coming in that late we won't be able to pick you up this evening [sic]." I had to book another service out of Minneapolis, AAccent Limo that was more expensive, but was very professional and picked me up when my flight arrived at 1:10 am. I will not use Destiny Limo again--a two-hour delay should be able to be handled by a professional business. The email exchange I received regarding the last minute stranding of me at the airport was also unprofessional. Use at you own risk!

My family and I took Destiny up to MSP (and back) for our most recent vacation. The company was initially very accommodating, so we figured they would be great! The pickup to the airport was okay, but the return home was awful. The driver was not on time to baggage (and we made two stops on the way so he had plenty of time to get there). I was forced to get all of our luggage myself off of the belt, and then I had to carry two suitcases, my carryon, and a mobility device alone to find the driver. I approached him, he literally said , "Hi" and then never said a word to me. I explained I was waiting for other people, and he nodded. Once everyone arrived, he then led us to the car, and not once offered to take our bags, despite your company saying that is part of what the driver should do. We were not happy, at all. If you don't plan to do this for your customers, then please, don't advertise this on your website.

I used Destiny Limousine to take me from Rochester, MN to the MSP airport. It was such a great experience. My driver was Ken and he was awesome. I would highly recommend this company for your driving needs! They have black cars as well. Not just a limo company.

Booked a shuttle to the airport from downtown Rochester and these guys never showed up. Spoke to them twice the night before. Almost missed my flight. Not too smart

Great service! We hired Destiny Limousine to transfer us from Minneapolis to Rochester. Richard our driver was outstanding. He's a great ambassador for Rochester and was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this service!
