Not very helpful. After speaking with someone at Mohawk they suggested I call this place to get help ordering a box of wood flooring for some patches to the wood flooring in my house. The guy I called was terrible and told me he was not interested is helping me with "just one box" and it "was not worth his time". Little did he know I had several other rooms of carpet that needed to be replaced as well - very short sighted on his behalf. I would never do business with this place based on this experience.

They didn't finish the job they were paid for. Then when we called them and scheduled an appointment for them to come back and finish the work they were a no-show. Rescheduled a second time and they were a no-show AGAIN. His excuse was that he forgot to add it to his calendar. I think I'll "forget" to ever call him again for any flooring needs.
