The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business. I been coming her since ten years.

I tend to research companies before I visit them, but I did not dig deep into this companies reviews. Two wks ago my phone was ran over and I called in for a quote, the man said $35 for iPhone 11 Pro. I get there, he quotes me $90 and I need to wait 90 min to get it back. I explain I have work at 230p, and he says 45 min. I come back and wait in their lobby. I intended to mention that the price was a concern to me once he was finished but he told me to wait 15 more minutes. Within that time, I hear 3 different customers paying much cheaper prices for their phone replacements. $60 for an iPhone 12. So I tell him, hey, you quoted me soso, and he changed his mind and I paid $75. Within a week of having my phone, the phone drops and has hairline cracks. The bottom of the screen blacks out. PLUS it's an ingenuine part! Yesterday, the phone drops again and now the SCREEN is lifted from the phone. I come back and he quotes me $35 and be back at 1p. I come back at 1:45p in case they needed more time.

He tells me that the phone is disabled. The phone is disabled because they "tried to enter unlock it". In order to reverse this mistake it'll be an hr and the phone will be wiped. I do my best to keep my composure and I put my head down and tell him I'm frustrated. He goes, what do you want to do? I said, I don't want to pay. I have to wait an hr to have my phone back and I still don't understand what the point was for you guys to try and unlock my phone?! He starts stuttering, "No, the screen was so bad that it tried to enter the passcode itself and that's how it disabled." Whatttt?? My screen was in worse condition when I originally met them and that didn't happen.

PLUS! I froze my debit cards before leaving my phone with them because I have them uploaded to Apple Pay. I was expecting to have a working phone when I showed up that I'd be able to log in my bank app, unfreeze my card, and Zelle them like I did last time!

He goes, "You don't have anybody who can pay for you? You can use my phone to call." Then I say no. He says, "YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING ON YOU?! YOU DONT HAVE CASH?!" So he TAKES my phone! I'm shocked and I try to take it from him! He calls the police and tells me that "we (him and his business partner) carry".

The police get there and we each tell them our side. He wasn't willing to give my phone back. The police officers tell him he can't keep my "property". He says, if she doesn't pay - I'll sue her! I told him AGAIN that I need a way to unfreeze my card, if he allows me to log in on his laptop - I'll Zelle him.

He finally gives up and says, "I don't need this anxiety and stress, just take it and go!"

They are running a shady business AND they supposedly believe in God. When I first went to them, they asked me to unlock my phone. They left a fraudulent FIVE STAR review on their google business page under my name. I deleted it. I wasn't going to mention it but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

Ultimately, I went to Apple for a factory reset and THEY confirmed that it was strange that my phone was disabled. They mentioned that he should've told me that this COULD happen and in the event that it does, they'd have to do a factory reset.

Anyway, I do plan on selling my phone now that I know they use fake parts. I will never go to an unathorized Apple repair company after todays event!

Tread lightly. These men do not have good business ethnics.

Came in for a cracked screen for an iPhone 13 in which I was charged $85 and it was quick but come to find out they used the wrong screen replacement which is a lot more bulky and ruined the Face ID recognition.

They tried to make it right by having me come 2 days in a row and the 3rd they ended up not doing anything to the screen. They gave me back the same phone no change to it but made me wait 2 hours. The Face ID doesn't work and my screen is bulky and small now because the wrong screen was used.

I was a customer at Desert Wireless, on Thursday, March 29,2024. I initially visited them to repair a cracked screen on my phone, but it turned into a complete disaster. They did a makeshift job that resulted in my phone being in worse condition than when I initially brought it in. I approached the owner for a refund, which they have failed to do, they instead insisted I bring it back for further "fixing." It's clear to me that Desert Wireless operates unethically. Adding to the suspicion, Desert Wireless only accepts cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, which limits the ability to trace transactions and suggests an aversion to traditional payment methods that provide more oversight.

I discovered that the company name is not listed on the Nevada Secretary of State website. This omission raises serious doubts about their compliance with state regulations and their commitment to transparency. A business that operates without proper registration raises questions about its legitimacy and accountability to customers.In light of these findings, it's evident that Desert Wireless may not be operating within the legal framework established by the Nevada Secretary of State. This lack of compliance, combined with their questionable repair practices and refusal to provide refunds for subpar service, underscores the need for potential customers to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this establishment.

Went for a screen replacement on a Samgun S24 Ultra... Wookie Nguyen said will honor his word but never happened.
Not only they broke the bakside of my phone, the replase the screen with a used one, and tried to hide it.
I went there because of the great reviews, but I am fully dissapointed. He only offer to send me and extended warranty, electronically, it never hapen.
I am basicaly saving to buy anew phone, how actually works, but is not the service I paid for.
I have screen shots on the conversation, when he admits I catch him on the deception and saying he will make it right the next day... Not happy at all.

Do not go to this store to fix your phone. They use second hand replacements without your knowledge, very shady explanations.
NEVER pay upfront until you get your phone back.

This dude was the biggest clown I ever seen in my life business is a joke reviews got to be fake if there good I told him it's a hour drive he said 100% man I got you he took imei number and ran it and everything told me to come and said when I got there he couldn't do it goofy

Wookie is the BEST! I have recommended my friends, family & none of us have ever been disappointed.

I was in a rollover car accident that totally squished my phone. Grateful to be alive, the memories on the phone Meant even more to me & to hear from TMobile that they were unrecoverable broke my heart. I received the new insurance phone & immediately called Wookie in hopes of better news.

He said all I have to do is exchange the motherboards, not a problem. I said everything will be back on my new phone, even my SIM card? He assured me it would not be a problem. I felt totally confident in his ability & rushed over there around 5:30p.

At first I asked what time to do you want me to come over in the morning? He said what about now? I mean that's a hard worker & talk about customer service!! I've been to many big cities & small ma & pa's areas where you think you can find someone like Wookie, but you can't. I recommend him for peace of mind! Knowing your information is not lost & confident that your phone will be fixed. Awesome!

Those Chinese fakaz Completely ruined my phone, made it worse than what it had looked liked. This family run business is a joke! They replaced my screen with an aftermarket screen and made my phone look really goofy. They didn't mention that they were putting on an aftermarket screen and when I confronted him about it he said "since I didn't pay full price I don't get the original screen". He gave me a discount and dropped the price but didn't mention anything about a aftermarket screen. He bargained me and offered me to come back and do it for $90 and than as I refused that and told him to eat shit, he then offered me to do a tiktok challenge and eat 10 crackers under a minute without water and he'll do it for free and I told him to shove those crackers down his throat. These dummehz is unbelievable, the worst business ever! DON'T GO TO THEM!! once they fix your phone they unlock your phone and write their own reviews to make them look good.

I recommend Desert wireless, which has been SOOO helpful and information guiding with my new phone. Wookie and his team are also very personable and fast working!! There was NO issues regarding the work that they did, which was amazing. I will definitely be returning if I am in need of ANY repairs or services regarding my phone.
