This was my favorite restaurant for many years (this specific location), but over the last year, it has really turned bad. The service took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee, it took another 15 minutes to get a side salad (in which the tomato on the salad was rotten) and after a smooth 45 minutes we got our food and the Onion rings were absolutely cold (as in ot cooked)... the idea I would go (or even more, bring my family) to this restaurant again is far beyond belief... it is sad that such an honored establishment has fallen so low.

As it is my mother's and I's tradition for Black Friday, we had a fantastic breakfast from Denny's after doing some early morning shopping!
I'm really glad to say the great experience we had in 2021 remained for 2022. We had no problem grabbing a parking spot in their parking lot in the back of the restaurant and upon walking in, we waited no more than two or three minutes before the hostess seated us. Our waitress, Kelsey, was the same waitress who waited on us in 2021, and she remembered us! It was fun chatting with her as she brought over coffee and waters and asked how our shopping went. I gave her a "shoutout" last year in my review but I want to say that she's one of the best waitresses I've had - she's incredibly friendly, personable, quick, attentive, and made our whole experience excellent.
For breakfast, I ordered the "It's Bananas Salted Caramel Pancake Breakfast", which is two buttermilk pancakes with shortbread pieces and topped with vanilla cream, salted caramel, and bananas, served with a side of scrambled eggs, bacon and red-skinned potatoes. Everything tasted incredible - I started with the scrambled eggs first and they were hot, soft and fluffy. The bacon was cooked perfectly, in my opinion, by not being cooked to a hard crisp, but instead having the edges crisped. The red-skinned potatoes were a surprise for me and I think they're better than the hash browns! They were diced into nice-sized pieces and had a good flavor to them, not overly seasoned. The pancakes though... wow! The pancakes were excellently cooked, nice and fluffy, and easy to cut into with a fork. The vanilla cream and salted caramel ladled on top was soo good! I didn't want to leave any of it left on my plate! The bananas on top were delicious and fresh, the perfect companion to the sauces. Make sure you come with your appetite as this breakfast is filling! I walked away though VERY happy and ready to take on the day without stopping till dinner.
Denny's once again serves up a great meal and customer service experience. Shout out to Kelsey, once again, for being a great waitress and helping make our Black Friday 2022 great! Three of us came around 11:30am on Black Friday 2021. The parking lot, both in front and back, was packed, but we still managed to find a spot. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately seated at a booth. Our waitress, Kelsey M., was phenomenal! She was so friendly, personable, fast, and always made sure we were never below half a cup of coffee. From the time we ordered our food to when it was brought out to us, it was maybe 15-20 minutes, tops. Nearly every table and booth were filled and the kitchen was churning out orders with no issues.
For my late breakfast, I went with an old favorite of mine: The Grand Slamwich - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham and American cheese on potato bread grilled with a maple spice spread; served with a side of hash browns. This was just as delicious as I remembered it back in my college days. The combo of breakfast meats is soo hearty. My favorite aspect of this breakfast sandwich is the potato bread grilled with the maple spice spread. It's not spicy, but adds a nice extra "oomph" of flavor and the maple adds a fantastic sweetness to the sandwich. If all my sandwiches could be grilled with this spread, I'd be a happy man. The hash browns were delicious as well, although I'd recommend eating them sooner rather than later so they don't cool down on you. This is a great meal to start the day and left me plenty full to a late dinner.
Denny's once again served up a great meal and customer service experience. Shout out to Kelsey for being a great waitress and for helping make our Black Friday 2021 great! Two of us came in on Black Friday 2020 around 11:15am for a late breakfast. We easily found a parking spot and upon walking in, we were immediately seated in a (recently disinfected) booth at the front of the restaurant. All of staff were following the NYS guidelines (wearing masks, social distancing) and I noticed customers who were standing followed the rules as well. Our waitress, Mary, came right over and got us started on coffee and let us have some time with the menu. Mary was fantastic and went above and beyond to answer a question I had about an item on the menu! She was very attentive and courteous, she definitely enhanced our experience here.
For my meal, I ordered the Choconana Pancake Breakfast - Ghirardelli® chocolate chips cooked inside buttermilk pancakes. Topped with bananas, more Ghirardelli® chocolate chips and whipped cream. Served with eggs (I ordered them scrambled), hash browns, plus two bacon strips. Everything tasted fantastic and was nice and hot! I loved how the chocolate chips melted as I continued eating the pancakes. The bacon was a good balance between crispy and chewy. I added a little bit of black pepper to my eggs to give them some extra flavor but they tasted fine. The amount of food was perfect, I walked away full and happy.
Coming to this Denny's has become a part of the Black Friday "tradition" for my family! 2020 has changed so many things and made things incredibly... difficult, but it's nice to come here and experience some consistency. We arrived around 11:30am on Friday and were surprised to see both the front and rear parking lots at near full-capacity! Luckily we found a spot in back. Walking in, we waited maybe five minutes for our turn in line at the hostess station. I was impressed at how busy this place was. We were able to get a table/booth for two as soon as our spot in line came up. The hostesses and waitress who served us were very pleasant and courteous. Our waitress gave us plenty of time to browse the menu and sip on coffee, which she was fantastic on keeping our coffee cups topped off!
I ordered the Classic Tres Leches Pancake Breakfast with my eggs scrambled and bacon. It didn't take more than 15 minutes for both our breakfasts to arrive. My breakfast was great. The eggs were soft, the bacon was a nice mixture of crispy on the ends but softer in the middle, and the hash browns were tasty. The pancakes were fluffy and I really loved the cinnamon flavor. I spread the cinnamon-topped whipped cream across both pancakes, which only helped the flavor. The cream sauce, served in a container on the side, was nice and sweet and the pancakes soaked it right up. The portion sizes were good for the price (we were able to use the AARP discount of 15% off the total!) since we both walked away full and satisfied.
I was pleasantly surprised by this Denny's! Now, I'll admit that I've had better pancakes and eggs else where, but for a chain restaurant, they did a great job and the staff working that day were very good. My daughter and I went to Dennys at 630 pm on the 23 rd of February. The waitress was terrible. we ordered our drinks and food at the sane time about 10 minutes after we arrived. She came back 45 minutes later and said she forgot what we wanted to drink A glass of water and a cup of decaf coffee.
my daughter had to show her the picture of what she wanted to order ( eggs) ! there were a few other tables waiting for their orders also and we noticed that she was resting her butt on the table behind her again asking that table to show
her pics on the menu. My daughter noticed that one of the cooks was scratching his hair while cooking food. I asked the woman over seeing the cooks if I should pay for the coffee that I didnt drink because it was old. She said no and we left and went to Wendys. Every time we have ordered for take out they have either forgotten something or messed up something completely. Things that were an extra charge left out or something part of the menu meal description never made. Bad experience Everytime. Gave them benefit of doubt and second, third and finally fourth chances and we will never go back.

Ordered a Grandslam with some hash throught doordash. Naturally you'd expect the food to be luke warm, when i got it, i physically stood up and froze in delight. gonna keep on ordering!

Service is terrible here. Be prepared to wait 40+ minutes for a simple breakfast. Very hostile work environment in the kitchen and it's very obvious

This is the second time we have come here and we love it. We got our food so fast this time, the first time was after a jelly roll concert at like 1 am and it took an hour but that was understandable and we had fun anyway. The servers are so nice and the food is always hot and fresh. Would recommend coming here for a quick bite!! Great service.

Food was okay... and very cold. There wasn't a lot of people in the dining area yet the food took over an hour. Barely saw the waitress and forgot the necessities to us (silverware, refills etc). Probably won't come to this denny's again.

Denny's isn't a 5 star restaurant by any stretch, but we felt like breakfast choices would be good for a late night supper. Have to say the food was quite good and the service was excellent. We certainly would go back to this Denny's again!
