Arrived late into El Paso and was looking for somewhere close to eat. Our group of 5 were seated quickly because there was hardly anyone else eating there. That was our first clue. We ordered quickly. After about 20 minutes the waitress started doing her rounds of apologizing for the delay. We were told one of the cooks did not show up and the other one was new. Granted things happen, but again there was no one else there. After an hour we finally were delivered two of our meals. I'm not sure when the other three meals were going to arrive but at that point it didn't matter. We stood up and walked out.

Service is horrible , took 1hr to serve my food and the food of my family , the food was good no doubt , the place is very dirty dirty dishes everywhere waitress always having attitudes when asking for something

The experience was GREAT! What made all the difference was our server Amanda F, she was a breathe of fresh air when it came to making breakfast with my son amazing! I am happy and pleasantly surprised to know that servers like Amanda still care about providing GREAT service! I'll definitely be going back again soon! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding !

Traveling. Didn't expect more than a late meal. But found the food prepared perfectly! Or so, my waitress, Paige, was genuine and sincere! She is definitely an asset to this restaurant!

Came to eat here since had to wait for my Crosstrek to be serviced across the street with Subaru El Paso. 95% packed but wait time wasn't so bad at 1145hrs on a July Saturday. Ate at counter which had an outlet for charging my phone. Southwestern Benny with sides of two sausage links and two bacon strips came out in 9min.

When i arrived at Denny's we saw the outside looked alright but I thought that's okay because it's the outside and I went inside it smelt really bad and the wait was pretty fast though the manager I think led us to the table which was a family booth and picked up a dirty kids cup in the seat and everything was stained with unidentified stuff but a plus was the waiter was fast and funny brought us the drinks fast and appetizers fast but the food took way to long and brought food one at a time and when I got my chicken it was really greasy and black and my family said the food was very greasy so don't come here if you don't like greasy dirty places

Horrible service ordered breakfast. We were two of four people in the whole restaurant waited over an hour no food. Apparently the cook is on drugs and makes one thing at a time couldn't get coffee refills. We finally left without eating.

Came in for breakfast last week. Asked for coffee and eggs. After a good 15 minutes waitress brought me coffee in a cup that felt very sticky. All the outside of the cup had dry coffee stains. There was pink lipstick on the edge of the cup from the previous customer. I called the waitress and she just said that cups sometimes get splashed with coffee when they pour the coffee in them. I said, what about the lipstick and she made a face and just the cup and brought me another that was supposedly clean. The restaurant smelled very bad. I think they have to clean their floors better and may be check on their ventilation because the place reeks. I didn't even finish my breakfast. I was grossed out the whole time both for the dirty mug and the stench.

Christmas evening, 3 wait staff on duty. They were hustling! Pedro was awesome!!! Our orders were delivered with no problems, food was wonderful, he was attentive and very pleasant!
As a bonus the room temperature was pleasant. This location can be an ice box, but great today.

Went here for a early morning breakfast and ordered the eggs Benedict. The order came out quickly but the hollandaise sauce was cold and looked like the little butter scoops you get sometimes on pancakes or frechtoast. It certainly made me lose my appetite. I just ate the bacon and eggs.

Only reason I'm giving two stars it's because server did a decent job. At face value he may not be able to know the issue. Ordered two plates of French toast and after waiting about 20 some minutes; the French toast were soggy as f$&@k. Like the batter was placed on the stove, turned once it got a little color and placed on the plate. Who the hell would eat that. I understand the restaurant is trying to serve as quick as possible but to have to wait 30 minutes to be seated, another 20 to 25 minutes to be served and get it all messed up! Sorry. Left the toasts. You eat them!
