Denim Doctors

Initially I had some hiccups with Denim Doctors but they came through and exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of work they put into my leather pants. Zip was professional throughout the process and I was surprised how fast they were able to complete the tailoring jobs.

Yes they do Chinos! I have a pair of chinos in a monochromatic khaki camo color, not made anymore and haven't seen anything else like them. Needless to say when they tore at the knee I knew I had to save them.

Denim Doctors was easily reachable by text and turned around the repair in about a week and also mailed them back as well. While darning is never truly invisible, they did a good job matching the thread color and touched up a few other fraying ends. Looking forward to getting another couple years out of them.

Sent in my vintage 501 hand me downs (from my mom out of the 80s). They had a massive tear through the buttocks and crotch. I was so afraid to send these to a normal tailor. Denim Doctors repair work is phenomenal. You cannot even tell these were damaged, they matched and blended the material perfectly. They also reinforced the thinning sections. I am beyond excited I was able to salvage my fave pair of jeans. I would absolutely use them again for future repair work. If you care about your expensive or vintage denim then their repair work is worth the premium.

Backstory: I had to hurry up and find a tailor in time for my photoshoot. So I showed up to the Drs on a Monday asking if they could adjust the waist by Wednesday morning.

*Of course I paid extra for a rush job since it was so last minute* but it was so worth it. They even had them ready the next day! Thanks docs for all your help. Would highly recommend!

I brought in oversized cargo jeans, that had a
zipper break at the crotch and a broken snap near the heel. The Denim Doctor was able to repair the jeans for a reasonable price in about a week. They look perfect and I'll definitely be bringing jeans to them again.

I was originally very happy with my repair job and returned a couple months later with another 2 pairs of jeans with less severe crotch blowout. Payed a bit over 200 and had one pair re rip in the same exact spot after one month of daily wear second pair re rips right below original rip because it was not patched correctly after trying on not even wearing it out.Mind you my first repair was 100% darning and was great my second visit my jeans were returned to me with patches put in not darning.I contacted them and was told to bring them back in and was told I would have to pay again to repair them but that it would be half off which i find ridiculous your repairs didn't hold up as they should have and i still need to pay why wouldn't you just repair them correctly the first time? they are alot better at separating you from your money then repairing denim.they're quality has dropped and I would not recommend anyone this shop unless you want to buy the most basic goodwill uniform wash denim for 250

I was looking to do extensive repairs on my father's vintage leather jacket, and after some hefty research via the web, found Denim Doctors. I spoke with Zip at length about the work I wanted done and he even offered great recommendations in the garment district downtown for the perfect jacket liner replacement.
Denim Doctors is an experience and I would highly suggest taking a stroll around with Zip to fully take in all it's wonders. Along with an impressive repair shop, there's a well curated retail space stocked with beautiful custom pieces.
They wasted no time and the repairs were done quickly. I'm beyond thrilled with the finished product and their attention to detail. It feels like a custom piece, while still holding all the integrity of my father's well worn jacket.
I was nervous putting a precious possession in the hands of strangers, but Zip and his team clearly understood it's sentimental value.
Denim Doctors is known for their expert work in denim, but should also be known for their masterful leather works. The quality and value is unmatched.

I called 17 different shoe shops, cleaners, even other denim repairs. ALL of them wanted to REPLACE my zipper on my vintage Burberry zip up denims! I just refused ! I was just sitting in my car and I typed in "denim zipper fix" and this Denim Doctors came up & ALL the reviews were hella solid. They have %100 feedback and photos posted to confirm ! So I said fk it , I'll call ! Nate said I can come in the same day , that was an easy call ! They fixed my zipper in literally 5 minutes while keeping the OG ORIGINAL ZIPPER ! I havent even gotten to the actual Shop it self ! Goldmine is an understatement, I'll be bacl with a bank roll forsure . ZIP is really that dude, OG doing this for 30 years and you can tell! ANY PAIR OF LEVI DENIMS, CORDUROYS, JACKETS you can possibly think of from damn near any era!

Damn fine denim here. Great for repairs or if you're just looking for some vintage denim.
