Q:
Is there a bar where we can eat and watch the raiders game on Monday night?
A:
Hello No there is nowhere to watch the game there. It's a more upscale restaurant.

Is your restaurant halal?

Thank you for your interest in Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Our steaks from Creekstone Farms are certified halal, but they are not kosher. The Creekstone Farm steaks are listed as such on our menus… more

Delmonico is located within the Venetian on the casino floor.
The ambiance is elegant and classy. This restaurant is great for a beautiful and romantic dinner. There may be a wait if you have not made reservations so make sure to call ahead and reserve a corner table (for people watching of course). - Not for the food.
The service was great! If my review were only for the service this would be an easy 5 star rating. There are two main servers, plus water, and wine servers as well. I always love this added touch because it makes for better service.
Now to the real rating. The FOOD (insert dramatic music in background).
Let's just say the bill came out to roughly $300 and we were not the least bit impressed.
The only notable item was the wine which was delicious, very smooth, a quaint merlot to go well with our steaks..
That was about it though.
The mashed potatoes were too globby, the mushrooms were simply made in a butter sauce that tasted, well, tasted buttery.
There was no essence action and considering this steakhouse is a reflection of Emeril- I'm not impressed. Where's the flavor Emeri?!?
My steak was ordered medium - my steak came out well done and tough. There were no add ons to compliment the steak, perhaps a dry rub, a sauce maybe? I asked for lemon to zest my steak, considering I still had every intention of eating it (Yes, hunger is real when you're in Vegas on the weekend).. but what disappointed me the most were the cocktail lemon wedges which I received from our server..
It was more of an, "Are you kidding me? Delmonico cannot afford to add simple cheesecloth, or a gauze socks around half lemons and here I am cashing out 300 bucks!?"
I try my best to give each business the best reflection possible, but in all fairness Delmonico greatly lagged. I have definitely had better steak, better sides, and most definitely better dessert elsewhere- most of all a steak that is served with proper sides of lemon!
Also, incase you do end up here please also skip the chocolate cake. The pistachio ice cream does not compliment this desert one bit. I'm still in awe of the ratings others have given this restaurant. The food is off, and in all fairness at the end of the day I cannot EAT the service. I prefer actual tangible, consumable, well dressed and cooked morsels of, yep you got it, FOOD.
Sorry Yelpers- but this restaurant is not worth a return. 2 Stars.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0 - Lizeth G.Las Vegas, NV3101711Feb 15, 2024
Great place!!
Amazing ambiance the Classic Steak Tartare was to die for but skip the devil eggs. They're average at best. However the steak...... the steak has been one of the juiciest, softest, flavorful steaks the price was great. We also had lemon meringue and it has been one of the best ones I've ever tried. Definitely recommend going.
The service was super attentive and rapid. They where on top of it allHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 3674622838Feb 25, 2024
We were so excited to come here for my husbands 50th birthday dinner. It was all ruined when the host, Marcus, came to our table to tell us to quiet down. I honestly thought he was coming to our table to see how we were enjoying our experience since we had such a large party. Boy, were we surprised!
First off, we were a party of 12 and they sat us in the middle of the restaurant. We weren't being loud, just having conversations and there were many other guests that were louder. This restaurant has a lot of hustle and bustle and by no means is it a quiet, quaint, restaurant. It's loud with a lot of other people's conversations so I was shocked when he came to our table and told us to be quiet. It was embarrassing and distasteful for him to come to our table knowing that we were there for a birthday dinner.
I'm appalled by the service he provided and will never go back again. The servers were wonderful and we tipped them very well as it wasn't their fault. We spent over $2,000 and this is how your host treats your guests?
There's plenty of other restaurants in Vegas in which you could enjoy delicious meals and top notch service. We pay for the ambience, experience and delicious food and this place most definitely missed the mark by having a host be so rude to their guests.
The price point also really threw me off at this restaurant as it was nothing special. Will definitely not be coming back here. There are way better steakhouses than Delmonico's in Vegas.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 4 - 1521299244Feb 20, 2024
I ate here 16 years ago and never forgot the ceasar salad, or the steak or the service. So naturally, after visiting Vegas again, I knew I had to take my partner here to celebrate his birthday. The ambiance has changed quite a bit, and it's more well-lit than I remember.
You MUST start your meal with the bbq shrimp. Just trust me.
We ordered an exceptional bottle of French red wine (thank you to the sommelier!) and I had to get the ceasar salad (YUM). Our server was from Hawaii and went out of his way to make sure that our meal was perfect. I got the filet mignon and it was JUST incredible. The mashed potato? Unreal how delicious it was.
The only thing I'll point out is that my steak was slightly overcooked. I didn't want to say anything, but my server noticed and sent it back (I felt so bad). The second attempt? It was cooked to medium rare perfection.
But truly, the pecan pie was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We were beyond stuffed, but we ate the entire slice and the ice cream. What a perfect way to cap off a phenomenal meal.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Feb 17, 2024
The worst steakhouse in Las Vegas. This location has poor staff that don't listen, chefs that can't cook meat to the proper temperature and service is lacking. Came for a business dinner and spent most of the night in the bathroom sick.
The pork was underdone even after I specified very clearly that my meat must be well done. Their explanation was that the pork is smoked and that's why it was presented pink. Wrong answer. Well done is well done. Accommodate your guests when they have special needs or allergy issues.
When I did complain, they offered me to come back to get a free appetizer on them. I don't eat appetizers in the first place so that doesn't help. But based on the poor management there I would never return.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 2 - Apr 7, 20241 check-in
Checked another Vegas steakhouse off the list. 9/10 overall. Service was amazing across the board. Filets were flavorful, tender and juicy. The bread and sides weren't my fave. But the steaks and cocktails were a 10/10! I lighting sets the perfect date night mood.

We chose Delmonico's as it is one of the few restaurants in Vegas that lists a boneless ribeye which is my favorite cut of meat. While it had been a while, my wife and I had both eaten there previously. The ambience is nice, it has a classic steak place feel to it. The service was exceptional, I'd be surprised if you could find better service than what we had without a dedicated wait staff for a single table.
For dinner I had the boneless ribeye which was a lovely piece of meat and it was cooked fairly well. The bread that they start you with is great, and fairly unique. For sides I shared the sautéed mushrooms as well as the fingerling potatoes. The mushrooms included a variety of mushrooms, not just button mushrooms as I thought it did, which is what I prefer. They were cooked very well and incredibly flavorful, albeit a little out of my mushroom wheelhouse. The fingerling potatoes however were in a great place for my potato proclivities and went so well with our steaks. To start, our table shared a Caesar salad which was prepared table side. It is such a great salad and the presentation is unbeatable. I'd strongly recommend you eat here if you like food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 24, 2024
We visited Delmonico while in Vegas earlier this month. By far, this was the best meal we had on our trip. Service is top notch and the food was amazing. We started with Emeril's New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. I could have eaten more of this as my entree, it was so good. I heard the table beside us asking for the recipe and the server chuckled. I'm sure he is asked that daily. I asked about sweet Martinis and he said the Bartender could make me a Lemon Martini( forgot to snap a photo) and it was so good, I had two.
I had the Vine-ripend Heirloom Tomato Salad. This was ok, I prefer the one at a local Indy restaurant more. My boyfriend had the Iceberg Wedge and he said it was really good. For entrees, we both had a filet and we shared Scalloped potatoes, sautéed mushrooms (so delicious). For dessert we shared the Emeril's Banana Cream Pie. This was delicious. We will be going back this summer when we take our son to Vegas.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4433893753Nov 29, 2023
This lovely restaurant is located at restaurant row between the Venetian and Palazzo.
It was lunchtime and we were hungry so we decided to try their prefix lunch.
We had a reservation and were seated immediately at a nice corner table.
I had the gumbo to start. Bam!! It was really good, full of shrimp, and Emeril style with a little kick. The others had the lobster bisque and it did not disappoint. I had the salmon for my entree. It was cooked perfectly, and the skin was crispy and full of flavor.
We all opted to pay more to have the banana cream pie, Emeril's specialty. We were happy we did. It was huge, full of bananas and cream. The service here is excellent. We definitely will be back.Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 4Oh no 1 - Dec 6, 2023
Growing up watching Emerill had me very excited to try this restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday. I made reservations and we came and were seated pretty quickly, there was 7 of us. Staff was very attentive, all of them. They were great. They brought some complimentary bread and butter to the table and I love bread but it was burnt and flavorless so I asked for another one and they came out the same way so I figured I'd just wait to eat my food instead since the food would be a while.
All 6 guys ordered the ribeye some with bone in and some without, everyone said they were good, I tried some of my boyfriend's and it was very delicious and had good flavor. The sides were good, we ordered fingerling potatoes, Brussels (flavorless) asparagus, lobster Mac (no lobster), $ chimichurri sauce. Overall it was good but very pricey. They did bring out a small complimentary dessert which was nice. I do recommend if you're looking for a different kind of steakhouse that offers a Cajun flare to their steaks that others don't. Once again, it's pricey but it's Vegas so don't expect anything less. lol, enjoy!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
