I called at 7:30 Monday morning and was happy to get an actual person. However, after telling the service department what the problem was (my hot water heater was spewing water all over my floor and I had been forced to cut off all water to the house) I was told the EARLIEST they could get to me would be Wednesday afternoon. I have 3 kids, there is no way I can live without water for that long. Congratulations on your booming business, however, if you can't manage to leave enough time for emergency calls, you are being pretty irresponsible.

Contacted to help with a plumbing issue on a house I was selling while living out of state. George was sent out and finished the work correct and fast! Very courteous and knowledgable staff. Highly recommend them to anyone!

We have been using Dell Haire Plumbing for a few years now. They have replaced a toilet, unclogged drains, and fixed leaking pipes in the walls. They have always been very professional on the phone and in person. They have always come out on the same day and are very honest with pricing. Once even telling us over the phone how to fix a simple issue over the phone. I've recommended them to neighbors who now use them as well.
