He had a great attitude, good customer services, and took care of the job so I wouldn't have to wait longer
I'd appreciate him taking the time out to assist me because I'd experience a Lil difficulty in the kitchen and he came at the right time to experience the problem _ right away he documented because when I call to the front I have difficulty speaking about problems in side the house and feel uncomfortable reporting things....
Again I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU!
It's not a lot of people that do they job correctly AND Today I am happy
He even gave my a loaner microwave...

Although my overall opinion of Del Mar Apartments / Lewis Management Corporation / Lewis Group of Companies isn't great for many reasons. I still stand by my Google review. The customer service isn't great.
However, I have to say there are two NSM's I have to give praise and applaud . That would be Kevin, whom I think has been moved to another property, and London. I had the pleasure of interacting with Michelle during my apartment search, and even though the move-in didn't work out, I cannot speak highly enough of her kindness and courtesy. Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one, despite the unfortunate outcome. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Her professionalism and genuine care for her clients truly stood out. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone in need of an apartment associate who goes the extra mile to make the process as pleasant as possible.

I'm grateful for our NSM Londyn- anytime I call she is always willing and able to help (she will even come light the grill for me since I'm scared of the gas ). She always answers when I call and is always ready to assist and if it's something she's not able to do she will contact the appropriate person and get it done. I even had to call her last night because the pipe was leaking under my sink and she came over and fixed the leak and cleaned up the water that had leaked under the sink (piece was just loose) ! Great job to Londyn- a true asset to LMC!

Save your money and buy a home. Del Mar staff was very professional but it's the people behind the scenes that will take your $ by any means necessary. I was there for 3 years and the rent kept rising each year. When I moved into my home they stuck me with an almost 7K bill for damages???????? Omg I was shocked. Only notice I received was from their attorneys in 2023. Over 2K in interest. The Attorney or whatever he is Jeff Kennedy said "you didn't receive anything because you had no permanent address this is the only address I've had since leaving DelMar. Left forwarding address with DelMar. Shady!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At my expense.

If it says Lewis Property Run! Look at all their horrible reviews. Everyone can't be lying!!
Also my 2K drum set was stolen out of my garage. Police report filed. No sign of force entry. Maintenance person said they often forget to change the codes on the garage so previous tenants still have access to garage if they kept the remote.

Save your money at all cost all these reviews they will pay you or you will get gift cards that's the only reason why the reviews are so high this place is roach infested especially on those summer months there's roaches running around on the sidewalks, even on the walls of your building, roaches somehow get into your apartment with you being so clean things often break easily they do not maintain this apartment complex at all continuing marijuana smells you pay a fortune for this piece of crap home so unhappy here and I cannot wait until my lease is up! They do construction here everyday. Seriously for someone working graveyard it's impossible to ever get to sleep.

This has to be the worst most expensive complex in Rancho. No bang, and all the buck!$!$!$ Let's start with NOISE.
Paramedics are passing by every hour on the hour. The complex is currently renovating ALL balconies because of how poorly built they were to begin with "un level ground" ours was finished in three weeks and the floor still has low spots when it rains. Non stop construction noise that starts at 8:30am every morning. So if you work nights be prepared for that. Going two years so who knows how long they will be milking it.
PARKING, if your car is assigned to the garage, you can only park in the garage! Not in a regular spot in the community, so expect a nice sticky ticket on your windshield next day.
DOG POOP! Even with supplied poop bags and trash cans nobody here picks up after there dog. So when the landscapers come to cut the grass, you can except shredded poop all over your balcony/front door area.
I know I'm forgetting stuff but the pricing here really doesn't match what this community has to offer. Save your $ and steer away from DelMar. We can't wait to be out!!!!!!Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Unfortunately, we do not have a Karl T. listed as a resident, but would appreciate you would like to call our office to discuss these items. With that said, we understand that the balcony improvement project can be annoying to deal with. This is part of a larger required renovation that we have to complete. We appreciate your understanding while this work is being done as it is unavoidable. Our parking policy does require vehicles to use the provided garage that is included with their unit, if you need any assistance on this policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. Lastly, if there is any dog mess left that an owner or our grounds team missed, please let us know. We are always glad to take care of that for our valued residents. While I know this response is lengthy, please call us should you like to review any of these matters more. We take pride in delivering a community that our residents call home. Lived here for 8 years. Property declined massively. The rent went up every year (even through the pandemic) along with the utilities/trash. They decreased the frequency trash trucks came through so dumpsters were constantly overflowing. Could never reach staff by phone. Left multiple messages which were never returned. Urgent maintenance items still took days to get a response. Some cars are towed quickly while others are left sitting in spaces for months with spider webs/leaves on them. Got a noise complaint for using my washer after 11pm. Gate was constantly broken. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from Lewis properties.
