Dee for Dentists; what can I say? The office is nice, located in the back of an office complex offering plenty of parking. The waiting area is moderately sized and the receptionist always offers water upon arrival. I have never seen the office with 3+ folks either waiting for service or coming and going - meaning they must be efficient in their practice and time and procedures. This is true for me. I came in and was always seen promptly. The receptionist was nice and welcoming and everyone greets you with smiles.
The facility is clean, well lit, but not too all private. There were times I overheard other patients discussing their similar displeasure I am getting to. The equipment is clean, your room is nice with its own tv. The staff is great and wanting to get to know you and any concerns you may have. I can get extremely anxious regarding dentistry - however - the staff made me comfortable and performed perfectly. They talked me through the procedures and instruments used; time expected and at home care.
I had 3 crowns installed & a deep cleaning performed. The crowns were made same day in office and fit perfectly the first time. No issues at all.
You're probably wondering why this is a one star. Lets get to that. It's their Billing. Hands Down the dropped ball. It started when I agreed to pay x amount for my procedure to get started. It was included in the price I paid to have an overnight retainer included. This was fine - and I confirmed everything PRIOR to the worker cutting out my 'brace bar'. So they cut the bar out. I go outside to wait the hour or so for the crowns to be made. I am called inside to go over the charge of the overnight retainers. An extra 600$. Under the assumption I paid for this already I denied their service and refused their techs advances to quickly re mount the brace bar in my teeth.
After some back and fourth - they agreed the cost was settled and provided me the vivare retainers at no additional expense that trip. The trip wrapped up with me extremely anxious but with retainers and crowns in stalled. Net price? In the 4k range. The absolute MOST I've ever charged on my card in my life. Why? Because we were promised by their billing department that we would incur zero interest on our card. Don't let them fool you. It's a lie. We were suddenly inundated with the interests on the Care Credit Card for the full amount of over 4k. On top of that their billing department sent me home with the bills for a completely different customer. Did someone else get my private information?? I have what I think is good insurance that supposedly covers 100% of certain dental expenses. This continues to not be the case as every procedures they wish to perform down to a simple cleaning incurs me hundreds of dollars of a bill. They mention credits on your account when you leave - however - no sure credits exists when they call to schedule a routine cleaning and instead tell you it will be ~200$.
This is ridiculous & sadly I had to cancel my appointment because you put me thousands of dollars in debt on a high interest cc. Your billing person needs to be fired & I think an outside agency needs to go through each and every single customer you've had in the past few years and see what compensation should be offered based on the billing errors / inconveniences.

I want to start by saying they do great work. However over the years they have gotten incredibly greedy maybe it's the economy or just pure greed.
I spent over 20k in the last 2.5 years and they had the audacity to send me a bill for $220 from 4-1-22 saying that the insurance didn't cover from the visit. Mind you, I pay my bill every time I leave that place.
The worse part is that the bill was for pulp cap which cost them next to nothing. Safe to say I will never return.
You just lost a customer that probably has another 7-8k of work to get done. For $200 that is 1.5 percent of what I had already paid. That to me isn't poor business practice.

She tells me that she works for the number one dentist in the valley. So I scheduled a consultation and went in about a week later. I was amazed with all the state of the art equipment they used. So the Doctor gave me a break down of what she suggested I do and I have to say it was more than I wanted to spend. I applied for Care Credit and figured I have 2 years no interest. I had to go in about 4 times over about a 3 week period. I have to say, I'm so amazed by the results of the finished product, it was WELL worth the money. Thank you Taylor for the recommendation great job by everyone in the office from front to back. Couldn't be happier!!!

This practice seriously needs to get their billing and accounting system worked out because twice I've been hit with surprise bills from them because they either didn't bill my insurance correctly or misrepresented what I was going to pay out of pocket. I just now received a bill for $75 with no explenation other than "patient write off" - I haven't had an appointment here since February, and yet 6 months later I am getting billed for a random amount with no clear explenation? No thanks. I'll take my business to a more professional operation that has their shit together.

I've been looking for a dentist office for while now, and I seen this place in my directory and I loved the website so I gave it a try and I loved every minute, the front desk knew who I was when I came in, I was taken care of immediately no 20 min waits. The dental assistant and dentist were awesome and very informative and most especially gentle . I 1000% recommend.

Dr Dee & staff was amazing she did my filling today with their latest technologies that they have equipped my filling was done within 20 minutes and no anesthetic which cut half the normal time which would have been 30 min the old way. They have state of the art equipments that gets you done in 1 day no second appointments if not needed and go home all taken care of. Dr Dee and her staff is always amazing very kind and makes you feel comfortable and at ease she talks you thru your procedure every step of the way. I love this Dentist and will keep in my books as long as I shall need it. Way to go to Dr Dee and her staff for the great care and quality you give to the community I give them 10 stars

It is seldom that you read the words love and dentist in the same sentence, but truth be told, I love the service, staff, office, and state of the art processes at this dentist office. Absolutely best ever. I highly recommend. Also, for anyone needing a night guard, this is the place. Took a minute for me to get used to it, but can't live without it now. Thank you!

I came in because I had searing pain in an old filling. They promised they would replace the filling and also replaced a few other fillings that were not causing me current problems at all. After the procedure I continued to have the pain and also developed temperature sensitivity in the new work, which I never had before. I now have to chew on one side of my mouth only and have to drink with straws. When I came in to discuss the issue it turns out they did NOT do anything to the tooth that was causing me the pain. They did NOT replace the filling but charged me and my insurance for the other work, which I didn't really need. Their own notes, which they showed me, show they were going to do a filling which they did not do. I have been in worse pain the two months since the procedure where they failed to do the work. The one thing I needed done was not done and I now have pain problems I never had before from the new work. I am upgrading to giving 3 stars instead of 1 because they at least had the decency to refund me for the billing. No communication at all about the failure to do the work. This is not how professionals should operate.

Dr. Dee-Dee and her team is absolutely amazing! Their office is state of the art with the most updated equipment and techniques (which is a must for a dental office - yikes I don't want to have the old school tooth fillings, no thanks).
Everyone kind of knows your name, treated like family, they will work with you no matter what insurance you have/not have.
Happy employees = happy patients. I truly sees that at Dr. Dee-Dee's office.
Special shout out to Cannise, who had helped me going through this journey with Invisalign. She really has more faith in me than myself, that I can do this braces process. Her patience in explaining and her great suggestions (use biotene; forget about those yucky Invisalign crystals!) are such amazing in itself.

***PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FOR A VERY SHODDY DENTIST***
Three years ago my husband needed an implant crown. He had the implant procedure completed by a very good local implant specialist. When ready for the crown, we had been referred to Dee for Dentist. My husband had a full new patient exam and teeth cleaning.
We have exceptional dental insurance and are very grateful for it. Insurance pays 80% of usual and customary fees. Husband went in to Dee for Dentist for the crown appointment.
Part way through the procedure, the office manager came in and said they needed full payment to seat the crown. He called me, was confused because he knew our insurance coverage. As the procedure was already started, we gave a card for the full price. Our insurance did pay the majority of the bill, even though their costs are way above the usual and customary for this area. After getting our explanation of benefits, I contacted the office as they had been paid twice. It took almost a year to get any money refunded.
Dr. Meevasin does cerec crowns, which was a reason we chose her for his implant crown. However there is a very precise skill level to create cerec crowns properly and without the skill these crowns can be very problematic. The crown came off after eight months. We realized at that time there was a problem with the crown, but he went back and they reattached it. ALSO, they CHARGED him for that appointment. We have not returned to that clinic and have found good dental care elsewhere.
A few weeks ago that crown actually BROKE. Cerec crowns are created to last 15 - 30 years. Only a very poorly created cerec crown would actually break like this one did. I contacted Dr. Meevasin's office and ask about their policy regarding warranty for crowns. I spoke to Jena, who said there is no warranty for their dental work. I explained what happened and she made it very clear that they don't care. She pulled up my husband's chart, and said they had recommended a mouth guard...no dentist has ever said husband needs a guard, when I questioned that, Jena said they automatically put that note in charts of any patients that get crowns. The dentist did not tell my husband that he needed a mouth/night guard, and he has no history of needing one.
Our insurance will only cover the cost of another crown after FIVE years, they confirm that a crown should last at least that long. A replacement crown will not be covered. Since the abutment for the implant is so inferior it will all have to be redone. This will be a cost of $2,600.00 "out of pocket".
