Boneyard Saloon is a concept restaurant located in Park City, away from bustling Main Street. With plenty of free parking, Boneyard Saloon has quickly become a locals favorite. Nestled in an old lumber yard revamped with lots of metal and wood, Boneyard Saloon prepares most of the dishes in their custom-built charcoal & wood-fired grill. You can enjoy everything from juicy burgers to fall-off-the-bone ribs, jambalaya to Wild Cod Fish & Chips- all house made, with a unique depth of flavor from the grill's heat and smoke. This gastropub is known for its wood-fired cooking and elevated bar food, yet retains its locals-only feel, with its long bar and community tables. Boneyard is also a great spot to watch any game, with three 75-inch big screens and ten 65-inch TV's throughout. Across the hall from the Saloon is the Northside bar offering a spin on small bite plates, pizzas & more all prepared in their exhibition kitchen showcasing a wood-fired oven. Boasting over 100 beer selections & an array of signature cocktails, Boneyard is sure to wet your whistle properly including offers 6 varietals of wine on tap, using the latest mechanics & technology to keep keg wine fresh, glass after glass. Seating is first come, first serve and patrons must be 21 years of age or older.

I HIGHLY recommend a stop here if you're in Park City. I'm a beer guy, and the beer selection was great. Be forwarned that state law for on-tap selections limits beer with no more than 5% ABV. No worries as the can/bottle selections are wide and deep in scope. The food was very good (sorry, no pics). We visited twice, one day after skiiing for apps and beer, another for dinner. Each time our food was prepared and delivered promptly, hot and was very tasty. The Amish Pretzel was delicious and enough to share easily between two people, and my Wagyu Beef Smash Burger with blue cheese was the juiciest, most delicious cooked to medium rare perfection that I have ever tasted. Should I ever return to Park City, I will eat here again, and bring friends to boot.
Finally, I can't say enough about the polite, courteous, professional service we enjoyed while there. From the hosts at the door, to our servers, to management this was one of the most well run operations I have ever patronized. While eating dinner there my custom designed wedding ring inadvertenly slipped off my finger. I'd thought it lost forever but after posting about it on Park City Community Forum (FB) manager/co-owner Ronnie reached out to me, letting me know that a staff member had found my ring and gave it to Ronnie, who shipped it to my home in GA. Needless to say I was exceedingly impressed and overjoyed. Ronnie is the BOMB, as is the staff member that turned my ring into him. It's wonderfully heartening to be touched by such wonderful people.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lindsey C.Knoxville, TN011Feb 18, 2024
We visited this place per the recommendation of a local, and I'm so glad we did. It's a little off the beaten path in PC, but it's worth the visit. We had a burger and a pizza and both were phenomenal with a better price point than what you can find on Main Street. We sat at the bar and watched the food being prepared meticulously (special shout out to the pizza guy). Wish we visited before our last day in town because we would have gone back!

This place has great space to watch a game. Sadly they won't turn the sound on which defeats the purpose of a "big" game atmosphere.
Our waitress was amazing. Attentive, funny and shared guidance on drink/food.
Sadly she's limited by the cook and/or quality of ingredients in that food...which is very "hit & miss".
Some was decent bar food, others were less than average.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 72322678Apr 8, 2024
Loves the ambiance. Really neat on the inside. Food not good :(
The waitress was nice. But what happened next not ok. Came here last night for dinner. Got the poke tower. Fishy. Not good. I also got a beer. I asked the waitress for limes for my beer. And keep in mind I just watched her hand out menus to people and wash tables. She walked over to the bar and physically grabbed a lime with her FINGERS and walked it over and handed it to me and put it in my hand. Are you serious?!?!?!?! What!!!! Not okay. I was on a second date. I was too embarrassed & disgusted to say anything. I mean, she might as well just brought out my food in her hand, and handed it to me in my hands. I got the grilled blacked salmon. That was not good either. It was dry and I'm pretty sure it was not fresh at all. The mashed potatoes almost had a film of just sitting there too long. They taste it as if they came from a packet and you just mixed water. The salad was the only thing decent that came with my meal.
Pretty disappointed with the waitress thinking that was okay to do that with the lime. She could have spent 10 more seconds and put it on a plate or something.
If this is happening right in front of my face, I can't even imagine what's happening in the kitchen. YuckHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 13, 2024
Came to boneyard for a quick bite to eat on Monday and had a pretty decent time. It's a pub so the food is pretty heavy. I enjoyed the kale and Brussel sprouts Caesar salad, although was surprised the Brussel sprouts were fried or baked(?) but the Brussel sprouts + bacon bits definitely made the salad heavy.
I was also pretty disappointed in the truffle Parmesan fries :/ for $10 I thought the serving was pretty small and was bummed that they were kinda flimsy / greasy. Would've loved some more crisp to them.
Everything else on the menu looked super good and this would be a great place to go to watch a game or to refuel after a long ski day.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1 - Jan 23, 2024
The food was pretty good but the service needed to be better. We sat at the bar for dinner and drinks. Collectively we had the red chili pepper wings, Korean beef tacos and southern fried chicken. Each entree came out at different times. No one checked on us after the food was delivered. I had to get up and go grab the bartender who was serving us to ask him to come over.
My husband said the tacos were great and our friend said the chicken was good. The wings were also good, though very saucey and sticky.
All in all a decent place but a bit more attentiveness would go a long way.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brittany W.Salt Lake City, UT25988Apr 4, 2024
Came here for date night! First time! Food was great but especially loved their wings! Which they're known for! The colossal wings are amazing and we loved the teriyaki sauce option! Everything was so good! Loved the wagyu sliders, chicken fried steak and deep fried cheese ball appetizer! Great spot for watching sports! Very loud but a fun place to visit and enjoy a night out! Service was busy but helpful!

We just arrived from the airport and was starving. This place was close to our resort and we had a late lunch. We just missed Sunday brunch time. There was only one server that covered several tables. However, she was efficient in getting our orders and delivering our food & drinks. The portion size of my fish was large. Everyone enjoyed their orders.

Great locals bar for dinner!
We showed up in a large group (11) on a Saturday and were seated within 10 minutes. The hostesses were really nice and helped us secure the table. The service was good and they got all our drinks and meals correct. The food wasn't anything too special, but everything was tasty.
Some Utah-isms to note: they have to scan everyone's ID when you come in- even my 60+ y/o dad, and beer on tap is under 5%- but you can still order cocktails.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 14, 2023
It's a sports bar with exceptional food and tons of beer on tap. Great service even during the Super Bowl 2023. Vegetarian food is available and the veggie burger is huge with a mountain of fantastic fries! The All American beef burger is great according to my S.O.
The thing that impressed us both during our two visits this weekend was the service. Way better than expected and always with a smile no matter how busy they were. Lots of TVs and several "bars" with seating options.
Just a great place!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
