Stayed overnight in Cherry Creek, wanted to find a local, non-Starbucks option. It was a tossup between Aviano and Dazbog, I'm actually walking by the Starbucks right now with 30 people in line. Literally six people in Daz bog, which is sad because they will not be making the money Starbucks is, but at the same time it was pleasant, quiet, had a beautiful fountain in front as well as comfortable chairs to sit in, the staff were pleasant, the chai tea was excellent, and the butter croissant tasty. Five stars easily.

I struggle to get excited over coffee shops, at this point, perhaps because I also struggle to find coffee I really, really like. Dazbog is... neutral. The staff was pleasant, but the food options unexciting and the coffee somewhat bitter, if sufficiently caffeinated for my needs at the time. The place was abandoned, so I cannot fault the quietude, but the seats were uncomfortable and I eventually took my cup on the road. The view of the fountain is pleasant, though, and so a bonus.

Great place in the heart of CC. Save your money and get a better cup of coffee here than in the overpriced bitter-tasting, pretentious place down the street. The staff is friendly, as are the customers (I had the nicest conversations with both the barista and a mom and kids who were there) the coffee is delish!, arrives quickly, and the baked goods tasty (I have not had the stale food issue another poster had).
Or you can spend more and hope that somebody will be impressed when they see you spending too much money on a cup of bitter java or a triple something or other with this or that for an outrageous amoung drink. Yeah. Do that, and leave Dazbog to us.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 306489581Dec 27, 2014
I really like this Dazbog. Here's why:
The baristas are all good. I had one instance where my coffee was really bitter and went back in to ask for a replacement (something I usually would never do). I was so glad I did, because they handled it beautifully. The manager timed the shot and figured out that the machine was doing 16 second shots instead of 19-23, which was the cause of the bitterness. She made me and my friend new lattes and offered cards for free drinks to take with is, which we declined. What a great way to take care of a situation.
The coffee at Dazbog seems to be polarizing. It's a rich roasted flavor, different that what you will find at starbucks or Aviano. Truthfully, I like Aviano's coffee better, but the experience is less, how shall I say it, rewarding? In any event, Dazbog coffee is definitely worth a try.
Lastly, I love that they are always well-stocked with provisions. You can get great prepared breakfast and lunch options, as well as snacks. My husband loves their pierogi-like breakfast thingys. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the latter of which is nice during warmer weather. Definitely check out Dazbog if you are near Milwaukee St.!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 20, 2015
Def grab coffee or tea here! Love the outside patio with water feature. We love to grab coffee and cocoa and chill by the water and enjoy beautiful Colorado. Also love stopping here for a shopping break to refuel.

I have to say this spot is becoming my new favorite place in Cherry Creek North, mostly because this square block is one of the only areas left that truly feels like Cherry Creek of old, with the little Eastern European man who has been selling hot dogs on the corner for 20 years, across from the library and has a patio overlooking the dancing children poised over the pool.
Everything feels quiet, quaint, and serene, which is very hard to achieve in Cherry Creek these days due to the massive amounts of construction, noise and development.
After my second home Peaberry Coffee closed, it has taken me a looooong time to find my new daily spot. Just say NO to a Aviano and their snootiness and HELLO to the sweet and boisterous barista girls at Dazbog. They are always singing and dancing behind the bar, which reminds me much of myself during my barista days.
I always get the almond milk hot chocolate with whipped cream, and it's absolutely sensational.
They also have quite a few gluten-free bread and dessert options.
Please check out this darling spot,
Russian mob aside!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 14, 2017
Cozy coffee shop in Cherry Creek North. Doesn't get too busy and is better than hitting a Starbucks. While the pastries are just average, the service and my hot chocolate are always great. Good place to sit outdoors during the warmer months.

Such a great addition to the Cherry Creek. It's customer services is personable and accommodating only to be matched by it's supreme location next to the fun fountain and outdoor pedestrian spot at 2nd and Milwaukee in Cherry Creek North.
To be fair, this isn't a drive and park coffee shop as it certainly lends itself more to the employees nearby and passerby patrons, however it's always been speedy and pleasant and could serve as a great place to host a meeting. For the summertime, is recommend their lavender iced tea. Sweet and fragrant but bit overpowering, and of course - refreshing!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Cristina S.San Jose, CA22619092Sep 7, 2016

The drinks are always good. The staff is very nice. The bake goods in the counter look delicious, but are stale and old. You can have them heated up, but it doesn't help the dryness.
They do have tables outside around a nice water feature.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
