This is not the worst motel I've ever been in - but it's a solid second. The ONLY thing this motel had going for it is that it *didnt* have bedbugs. Other than that, this entire thing was a nightmare from start to finish.

To start, we booked a week in advance for a two week rate while we waited for an apartment complex. As we got closer to the date, I realized that the rate was drastically lower daily than what I was paying (~50-60 vs. 79). This worried me as I immediately recognized they weren't getting bookings. When I asked if I could get a reduced rate at check in to reflect the lower rates I was seeing daily, I was told that on the weekends it's more expensive so it evens out. Ok, whatever.

Anyway, we get charged the wrong amount, like half of what we should have been and I, like an idiot, spoke up and made them charge the other half. This process requires a manager. After finally getting that process done we go to our room - which we don't get past the door because there is empty beer bottles, candy wrappers, and other trash just all over it like it had never been reset. We get transferred to another room, which we stay in for 10-20 minutes before discovering that the toilet doesn't flush (as evidenced by the pile of toilet paper in it) even after we adjust the tank level valve and give it a max fill flush. So... back to the office we go.

In that time I guess they changed over the original room we were in, and we landed back there. We were exhausted by this point from driving all day and the room didn't look great but we had already been "checking in" for an hour and just wanted to be done with it. "It's a cheap hotel, it's crappy, I've lived in the ghetto before I can deal with it for a couple weeks" I tell myself.

The first thing we noticed was mold. Well, after the smell of... well... everything. But hey - it's a crappy motel what do you expect. Anyway - mold - All over the bathroom with patchwork sprays of what appears to have been maintenance trying to encapsulate it unsuccessfully. The tub had been patched multiple times and the paint was peeling in several places. The mirror was tarnished, and the sink was dirty..... you get the gist. The real centerpiece of the bathroom was the door - crappily painted and missing a door handle. Peekaboo!

We go to sit down and get stuff unpacked and immediately realize, the chair leg is bending over broken and you can't put any weight in the chair. Alrighty.... We'll use the bed. We hop in the bed, turn in the TV, and are greeted with the grainiest signal I haven't seen since I lived in the middle of nowhere using an antenna and DSL. Every channel is some level of unwatchable. We adjust the cord on both ends, make sure it's all secured and still nothing.

Alright, no TV. Whatever, we'll go get a HDMI cable and try that. Nope! Turns out, after trying to HDMI cable and successfully pulling up a clear laptop background, we realize that it's useless because the "free internet" isn't free - the router is just putting out a blank signal. We try it on both phones and our laptops, and while we can connect just fine, there's no internet.

We stay a night or two like this because we don't want to move and it's cheap. Slowly we notice more things. The refrigerator was dirty and almost unsuable from the level of ice buildup in it, and the entire front of it was covered in rust. The AC doesn't work and just blows regular air. There's mold in so many more places than just the bathroom, most notably all around the windowsill. Oh - and no breakfast either, despite the fact some sites were selling breakfast for the hotel as an upgrade of 3$ a day.

The second night there I feel the bed start to wiggle, like a leg might break. Sure enough, early in the morning on the third night there it snaps, forcing us to go grab bricks from outside and stack them under it so we can sleep.

At this point, my husband started talking about finding another hotel and we did. When we asked for a refund for the days purchased we weren't staying for (11 days) we were told no, a manager has to do that. Actually, her *exact* words were "were not allowed to do that anymore without a manager *because it's happened so many times*" Finally get a manager there and what do you know - he's rude, argumentative, and puts all the blame on us for not telling him anything was wrong (so we could move to another room that I'm absolutely sure wouldn't be anything like the other two we were in). Eventually we have to threaten an American Express clawback to get our refund, and even then they didn't refund it for like 3 days.

      So yeah

      *~*~*~**~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~**~*
      TLDR:

Don't go to this place, don't call them, don't talk to them, don't drive down the street, get in your car and go sleep in a Walmart parking lot before you associate with this property. You will regret staying here. 100% DO NOT STAY HERE.

      GARBAGE HOTEL WITH TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Picked this because it was close to where we needed to be, and thats the ONLY good thing about it. We were just four dudes traveling and hiking the mountains of WA, so we didn't need any frills. And we didnt get any. The door on our room closed, but definitely wasn't sealed. I'd say it would be easy to kick in, but you could prob lean on it and it would collapse. But the 'management' (Damian) was terrible. So when we checked in, I of course provided my ID and CC. I received my CC back, but didn't notice that she didn't give back my license. Well when I get to the airport the next morning, as I'm standing in line for TSA (my flight was in 45 minutes), I notice I don't have my ID. Called the hotel...yep, they still had it (why didn't you let me know when I was STILL THERE??). Fortunately I had another form of ID, so I could get on board. There was no way I could have uber'd there and back, and I also thought (big mistake) that the hotel could mail me my ID. Well i call on Monday when I get back, speak to a young lady, who again confirmed they had my ID, but the manager would be the only one who could mail it back. She said he would call me. I wait two days, no call. So i call back, get the same young lady again, who says he doesn't come back in until Fri AM. OK, no problem, I'll call him them. I ask if he has an email...she provides to me and I email him. Of course no response. So I call on Friday, finally get hold of him. Yes he has my ID, yes he will mail it to me. Said it may not be today *(Friday) as he might not make it to post office before they close, but definitely by Monday. I ask him if he got my email, he says hold on, let me check....yep, he got it. I tell him he can just shoot tracking info there, thank you very much. Never got an email back. Call him on Tuesday....to confirm he sent either on Friday, or Monday as he said he would. Nope...he didnt get a chance to. Surprise surprise. Should be able to tmo. Still no email. I call again two days after that, get the girl again, and again...Damian isn't working, will be back in in a couple of days. I GIVE UP. THEY CANT DO IT. So I had to pay $35 for a replacement license, and NEVER GOT AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK FROM MANAGER. I will NEVER STAY AT A DAYS INN AGAIN. This one may or may not be the worst, but its my most recent example, and I suggest you choose somewhere else to stay. Probably more convenient to stay in your car, or an empty cardboard box, as getting the management to do ANYTHING there (return a call, answer an email, mail a freakin ID) is impossible.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Hotels - Seattle South Tukwila, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the overall experience.

The first thing that struck me upon entering the room was the appalling condition. The walls, doors, and furniture were all worn, stained, and poorly repaired, giving the room a shabby and unclean appearance. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioner failed to blow cold air, leaving the room unbearably hot, but oddly enough, it couldn't be turned off and rattled loudly throughout the night.

The worst part was the overwhelming stench of smoke that permeated the room. It was obvious that the hotel had not enforced a non-smoking policy, making the atmosphere unbearable for any non-smoker. To make matters worse, the window couldn't lock, and there was no safety chain on the door, leaving me feeling incredibly unsafe, especially as a single woman lodging alone.

At around 10:30 PM, I noticed men lurking outside the hotel, which only added to my sense of insecurity. I ended up having to barricade the door with a chair and table and kept the lights on all night, just to feel somewhat secure.

Considering that I had spent the day supporting a friend through a tumor removal surgery, I was emotionally and physically drained. Unfortunately, I was too exhausted to find an alternative accommodation at such a late hour, which left me stuck in this dreadful situation.

This was the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a negative review for any lodging establishment. The lack of basic cleanliness, safety measures, and overall disregard for guests' well-being is simply unacceptable.

I did report the issues to Wyndham Hotels corporate and made a formal complaint. I sincerely hope they take this matter seriously and address the numerous problems plaguing this particular Days Inn location. Until significant improvements are made, I urge everyone to steer clear of this hotel. Your safety and comfort should never be compromised, and this place fails on both accounts.

This hotel is disgusting! Dirty, run down, not what was in pictures! The room next to us is trashed, looks like bullet hole in front window. Floor is stained and dirty. They took photo of my ID with personal information. Sister is next door. Her room has dirty floors, furniture is old and outdated. Will never stay here again. Area feels unsafe too.

      Dirty place and rude personnel.

Charged like $200 per night + taxes due to high demand for Taylor swift concert.

Unfortunately that was my only option.

No towels, not hot water, no microwave, no refrigerator.

Then they moved me to a better room at 9 PM after I called Priceline because when I went to ask the front desk they told me they didn't have more rooms available to change it for me. So it is disappointed that after paying so much for a place like this they didn't want to try to work with me unless I called Priceline.
Also new room still didn't have hot water.

Wow, where to begin. If you are doing a parksleepfly deal using these guys, don't. I had purchased a park sleep fly package with Days Inn at 13050 48th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98168 near Seattle Airport. Upon my arrival I was informed there are no early shuttles before 7 am. My flight was at 7am. So, I ended up calling a cab at a cost of 25.00 to the airport. Upon our return, while at SeaTac Airport I called for a return shuttle to which they said 20 minutes. I waited 30 and called again to which I was told there were no shuttles today. So again, I called a cab at a cost of 30 to get back to our car. I asked to talk to a manager upon my return, the desk person went to a back room, I could hear people talking and when she came back, said there were no managers available.

And the room we stayed in had dirty walls, something was either spilled or someone spit on the wall. There was a burnt mark on the top of the tub side, yeah, no smoking-not. And the TV wouldn't work. If we left we would have forfeited our fees so we toughed it out. Pictures to follow.
Of course it begs to ask, what's the point to paying extra to park at the hotel if I have to call a cab both times? I think the hotel should credit part of the fee to me for them not holding up their part of the deal. If nothing less, they should be dropped from the system for park- sleep and fly. This level of service is terrible.

A health and safety inspectors worst nightmare!

Upon first entering room 172 I was hit with the stench of rancid old cigarette smoke.

Second it was noted that the smoke alarm had been ripped off the wall.

Third no TV remote, not even a spare = no TV

Fourth the internet did not work in room 172 (and I assume most of the back building/hotel)

Fifth the entire light above the vanity sink did not work + the sink leaked, drip, drip, drip...

Sixth no more continental breakfast (add stated continental breakfast)

Lastly upon my extensive search for the tv remote I found a lighter, old socks and a large screwdriver possibly used in an unsolved murder under the bed/chair (which clearly hadn't been cleaned since Trump was president)

Moral of the story=you get what you pay for.

Fun fact: we checked out early!

On a good note the hotel did have 1 lonely on its last leg functioning ice machine!

I have travelled extensively in the last year and this was my worst hotel experience so far.

It all started with a hooker. Strung out on drugs waiting to ask for utensils from the front desk guy who was helping us check in.

Then when we got our license plate numbers to bring back to the front desk the hooker was gone and a man was asking to break bills (which we saw him with the hooker on the premises later)....

Now....the room looked okay until my friend woke up in the morning itching and looked down to find a bed crawling with BED BUGS/bites! Thankfully my bed was fine @ that point. We tried to tell the person at the front desk whom I am assuming first language was not English but they didn't seem to care as they handed us our continental breakfast bags (with a granola bar, apple and marshmallow thing).

The location..., we didn't feel entriely safe in the neighbourhood/block it is located in. All night you could here ppl yelling at one other, and a few fights.

THE SHUTTLE... yes it gets better ha. We made it to our flight on time and were told to call a certain number to arrange pick up when we landed coming back. About 12 phone calls and two hours after getting to the pick up point we finally had a ride from some man who claimed to work at the hotel in his personal vehicle since the shuttle was broken. For the entire two hours the person at the front desk kept telling us that it was on its way and nothing about the shuttle being broken. I am so glad that I had someone with me and that I was not going through this peculiar situation by myself.

The PROS: my 2017 jeep was still there, in one piece / not parted out.

I did send a direct msg to the hotel / HQ and didn't get any kind of a response. But still was getting emails to leave a review of my stay... so after waiting a few days shy of a month.... Here's my review.

I do NOT recommend using park sleep fly or this hotel.

I think my favorite part, aside from the 36 separate holes drilled into the bathroom door, the water stains everywhere, and the general disrepair, was when I clicked on the light an enormous cockroach went skittering across the floor.

      The attached photos speak volumes.
Doors are kicked in and repaired with duck tape. Walls are dirty. Light fixture covering are missing-in-action.
Clearly the owner is not reinvesting in this property. Rooms are in general disrepair. Potential Prostitution business visibly in action.
Pros: grounds keeping deserves recognition. The rock water feature outside the lobby is beautiful and provides comforting white noise. Plants are healthy and the plant beds are weeded. The front desk woman was polite.
