Dave's Tire Pros Tire & Auto Service

Brought in my BMW X6 for state inspection. This guy drove the car around the block without my permission, had no clue how to unlock the doors. After seeing him opening my hood I had enough, I asked the guy behind the counter why is my hood popped open? He's excuse was "it might be a light out", I told him everything works on the car, tell your buddy to take my car out of your garage.
If you drive a BMW think 30 times before you go there. It's a inspection for a sticker and the clown is going inside de engine bay. What's wrong with you people????? ZERO ZERO STAR for me.

I had just driven to MA from FL and I was loosing air in a tire. I tried to get it fixed at two other tire shops and they were not cooperative. I went to Dave's and although they were very busy they agreed to help me out. They were very friendly and efficient. Also their shop was very clean and organized compared to the other shops I visited.

Extremely honest people here. Took my vehicle in because I thought I needed a new oil pan . Took my vehicle there to be inspected, they stated I did not need a new oil pan or gasket. They could have easily lied and said I did and I would not have batted an eye. They also do a great job at replacing tires , oil changes and inspections

I've been going to this facility to repair vehicles for many years now. I've taken all of my vehicles to Dave's, which shows that I was a loyal customer.

I have seen a steady decline in customer service, but especially quality of work performed at this facility. Recently, I experienced an issue with an O2 sensor malfunction, it was from a water log most likely from recent torrential rain and flooding. After a month, I was finally able to have them administer a full diagnostic test after some uncertainty and diagnostic analysis by the actual certified tech.

I was told without doubt, it wasn't the sensor indicated on the code, rather the upstream sensor. I found that to be suspect, because logically it didn't make sense to me. And so I took it to another specialist, who I trust also, for a second opinion, and he concluded that their diagnosis was wrong or incomplete.

Dave's recommended that a sensor in perfect working order be replaced, which is a more expensive sensor part. I actually purchased that sensor, then installed it without issue. To prove a point, my friend with his shop computer, ran a second diagnosis, and the results were suprising. The initial problem hadn't been remedied, and the problem sensor was in fact not showing voltage. In addition there were other issues overlooked, that if a complete diagnosis was conducted would have been reported to me. So, the proof is in the pudding so to speak.

In good faith, I called to address my complaint. I spoke with Everett, who became increasingly agitated over my concerns. He was dismissive and wouldn't hear me out, and finally he hung up the phone. Mind you, I never swore at him or insulted the man but I asserted my opinions with vigor.

My theory is that a more expensive sensor would be advised to replace. Then, the cheaper sensor would actually be replaced, and they retain the difference. So as individually this doesn't equate to much, however, in the larger scheme it adds up considerably for them.

But I can only present what proof I have, which is circumstantial at best, and is only my theory. Regardless, I think he behaved unprofessional and cavalier about the situation. As consumers, we have a right to be heard, a right to be informed and a right to choose. So I choose to terminate my business at Dave's and I urge others to do the same. And not just because someone hung up on me, it was a culmination of service issues over a considerable time. Frankly, I just don't trust their service anymore.

When you hang up on a customer, it has consequences, because I will tell my story for everyone else to make their own conclusions. And perhaps people just don't speak up enough, or had the same doubts as I did, well now they can be rest assured they aren't alone.

Customers are the backbone of your business, disregarding one is the same as disregarding all of them.

This shop is very reliable and honest. Even when they were booking into the following week, they got me in for the same day just to make sure my car was safe for me to drive. Very friendly staff.

Dave's Tire has always been my go to place for tires, brakes or basic repairs on my vehicles. Today my check engine light came on in my van so I brought it to Dave's to be looked at. Within a couple hours my van was diagnosed needing a new solenoid which fixed the problem and the check engine light is now off.

The service here is always great and the staff is always friendly and social. I always feel like a valued customer when I bring my vehicles to Dave's!

I went to Dave's Tire Pro to get a repair. They were fast, easy, and explained the problem. Friendly customer service and fairly priced. I would recommend them over any big name tire company.

I've come here the last 3 years to get my tires serviced. They're always professional and their prices are good. Great alternative to the big box super stores.

The moment you walk into Dave's Tire you feel like family. Every employee is so welcoming and helpful. They have done a wonderful job with my car! They will continue to be my go-to oil change and tire rotation spot. I am comforted knowing that Dave's is just down the road if anything were to happen to my car. Highly recommend. The work done here was and still is subpar at best. Bad service, bad quality work and extremely rude and unreasonable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, even if it's more expensive, because I refuse to be insulted and belittled by people who clearly are in the wrong field.
