It was great having Danny by our side during our house search. Considering we were first time home buyers, from day one he walked us through every step of buying a house. He was always available and willing to spend time with us answering our questions. He always answered our calls and emails quickly. Once we were ready to put an offer on a house while he was out of town on vacation, he was still responsive and took care of things that needed to be done before putting an offer on the offer review day. While it was frustrating to lose in bidding wars and a competitive market, we were able to buy the house we like with Danny's help.

Danny recently listed and found a buyer for our Seattle property in a somewhat challenging seller's market. The entire process was five star, especially Danny's communication skills. Additionally, he assisted in removing items from the property as we were out of town at the time of closing which helped tremendously. I would very confidently recommend Danny to a family member or friend in need of real estate services. He will 100% be representing me on any future transactions.

What I liked about Danny is that I never felt pressured to put an offer on homes that I didn't feel 100% on. Furthermore, I felt comfortable driving the offer process with Danny... I am a pretty risk adverse individual so I'm glad that we were able to put in a loaded offer for the condo that I am now under contract for.
