Dan Preston Towing

This place holds a lien sale, My wife is the only person to show up. But Preston didn't like the amount she bid, keeping in mind that there was NO minimum bid, anyway, they told her someone was in earlier the same morning and placed a bid that was higher, when she asked what that bid was, they said that they can't tell her that. and told her the bidding was over. When I called and challenged the sale, I was told that people could come in all day to place a bid then hung up on me. This has all been turned over to the DMV Investigation Unit. So the moral of the story, lying to people and being disrespectful is not a good business practice. Hanging up on people is a cowards way to face your proplems

Disappointing.... needed a tow for a motorcycle.... said "sure..... be there soon." First driver shows up with a standard truck with a bike mod kit..... couldn't put it on right or even strap it up tight...... Second driver comes with a flatbed..... doesn't use the flatbed but assists first driver to put bike on standard truck.... pulled flatbed in to look like he was going to tow..... only to say they got a call for CHP and left us high and dry.....

Ridiculous.....

However..... Anthony's tow came with a flatbed..... only one driver and had the motorcycle strapped up and ready to roll in 5 minutes.....

Called and they were responsive with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend and if required I will use them again without hesitation.

Horrible customer service by the manager Dan. Would hang up your call without even listening to you. I had told my insurance about my cars damaged and he would want to charge me extra money because car is not drive able. Not great experience won't recommend.

Marty went above and beyond!!! I had 2 other local companies turn down my tow because car was in driveway and car was stuck in gear and would not drive forward or go in neutral , so i wasn't very optimistic when Marty arrived , but with no complaints he got it done!! Will be calling Preston towing for all towing needs and will definitely request Marty .Im not one to write reviews but its not every day i get exceptional service.

I just called to check on my job application and was told I don't have to keep calling and they will call when they are ready to hire someone and was rudely hung up on! Not considering this place to work anymore extremely rude!!

These guys showed up and handled themselves and my trailer with the utmost of professionalism! Called me afterwards to let me know they got my trailer delivered to Les Schwab with no problems whatsoever...even though my trailer is an 8'x10' and their flatbed was 8.5' wide!!! BEST TOW SERVICE EVER!!!

Not very honest. I told them I had AAA and have my own towing truck on the way. They told me "not to worry about it." I asked how much do they charge. They refused to give me a price. Apparently it's extremely expensive. Not only that, but an employee broke my laptop by dropping it on the cement while going through my vehicle. Not happy. Not an honest company. 0 stars. They should be ashamed.
