I went here for my birthday dinner last night and all my food was free. It was delicious and the view was gorgeous. The server was so sweet and on point. I will mostly de come back next year

First I would like to say that our waitress was a 10/10! She was absolutely phenomenal and pretty much the only reason it's 3 stars instead of 2.

I would have loved to give more stars but unfortunately I couldn't do that in good conscience.

It was a busy Saturday night, but our wait was only 40 mins. However our table was filthy. I wiped it down with napkins and hand sanitizer. The plates they brought out for appetizers were also dirty with food stuck on them. The utensils, unfortunately followed suite. However my son pointed out that luckily we wouldn't need to use it since cheeseburgers don't require knives and forks.

The plates that the food came out on were very small, but at least those ones were clean.

My husband and I took my daughter here this afternoon to celebrate her birthday. I asked the waitress to acknowledge her birthday with a cupcake or something, I told her I would pay extra if necessary, just to surprise my daughter. She said OK.
The whole meal came and went, with no mention whatsoever of the 'suprise.' Ordinarily this wouldn't have been a big deal, but my daughter picked this place out of the MANY other places we COULD have eaten.
Our sever Sarah was great, the food was OK, but the birthday mishap aforementioned has left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't know if there was a miscommunication or what, although I don't know how I could have any more clear. Disappointed. I will not recommend this place nor will we be back.

Damon's is a bar and restaurant chain that specializes in prime rib, steak, and their award winning ribs. This oceanfront location has indoor and outdoor seating.

I wasn't impressed with this place the first time I was here, but my family loves the oceanfront view so I decided to give them another chance. My experience this time around was much better.

All the food was enjoyable and our server Merrill was great. He was friendly, respectful, and accommodating. He was also able to take an order from a party of six without writing anything down. Impressive.

There does seem to be some inconsistency at this location, but overall; good food, great service, and beautiful ambiance.

Joseph was our waiter. Outstanding he was and on point. Before I could ask for another refill of sweet tea he was was right there offering. The steak was unbelievable compliments to the chef . So tender and juicy. The salad mmmm mmm good. Needless to say i finished my entire meal and so did my friend. I would definitely recommend stopping by

Live in Myrtle Beach. Been to Damons often. Never had a bad meal or experience. Food always good, drinks and service excellent, and the view makes this place the perfect restaurant to enjoy

We have been going to Damon's for 30 years. They also had a location years ago at Barefoot Landing. The restaurant looked worn and definitely needs updating but the ribs and sweet potatoes with pecans still has that I have enjoyed over many years! The house salad was covered in chopped eggs was too much to enjoy. I noticed other salads didn't look that way so mine was just special. The service was great. And the view is part of the experience.

Received very slimy brown disgusting lettuce, returned to restaurant due to being scared of potential food poisoning. Received full refund, customer service was not bad however will never be back knowing this was sent out of kitchen. Vibes in the restaurant were not great.

We went to dinner here on our family vacation. The seaside views were incredible! The wait was 25 minutes which wasn't long. We were able to enjoy those few moments on the patio as a family which was very nice! Our families are suckers for a waterside view at dinner. I got the flame cooked teriyaki chicken with corn and green beans. I wasn't too fond of the green beans but the corn had a butter kick and I could've licked the plate from the chicken! My children got chicken tenders which surprisingly was made from real chicken. We enjoyed our time together so much I didn't think to take photos of the food. The wait staff were great and accommodating with our big table and all of our questions about the menu. We had a very nice experience will definitely be back!

Overall its an okay spot. Arrived early on a Friday, around 5:00, and there was no wait. Party of five, we were served drinks quickly and put in orders within a few minutes. Apps came out fast, and overall were good. For main courses we ordered ribs and shrimp combo, chicken caesar salad, mozzarella sticks. Main dishes came out within ten minutes of ordering-unfortunately the chicken in the salad was raw, so we had to send back. Waiter brought out replacement chicken quickly, and it was cooked through. The waiter did a great job-was quite friendly and good. I had a hard time accepting how quickly our food came out, especially because of the raw chicken. I can't say we would never ho back, but it wouldn't be on the top of my list. By the way, as we were leaving, there was quite a wait, the restaurant was very busy-nit a great waiting area inside, so most folks were waiting outside.
