DRC Retaing Walls & Fence

Came out to do an estimate. Guy was very nice. However, when I contacted them to hire them, I never got a response.

David and his crew are fantastic. There are a few reviews regarding communication and in the beginning, I did have some trouble getting a hold of David to get the estimate and the start date. They have big projects going on but once we got aligned and they got started, the crew did great and really went the extra mile to clean up after the job and make sure I was happy. There are a lot of companies out there that will give you cheap quotes, these guys are legit, don't cut corners and you can rest assured your retaining wall will last.

David came out to give us an initial consultation - he listened to what we wanted and gave us a detailed estimate with a number of different options based on materials, etc. Other companies we brought out for quotes seemed intent on upselling us on materials/scope, but David wasn't pushy at all. My suggestion would be to reach out via call or text to coordinate (I think he gets a lot of emails!). Jose and his assistant came out on the day specified, and they did an amazing job on our timber tie retaining wall. It's level, looks great, and they explained what they were doing as the wall went up. The price was very competitive, and the work was high-quality. Would use these guys again without hesitation.

Fernando came out to give me an estimate on a retaining wall I needed repaired. While the initial meeting went well, he never replied to my emails after despite multiple attempts. Don't waste your time.

David and his team did an amazing job on a very extensive project of fencing, (wood and iron), retaining wall repair and installing a new pathway for our home. His bid was very fair and lower than most bids. His team was very professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything after they were done. The quality of work was VERY good. I am so pleased with the outcome. I would recommend DRC for any of your outdoor needs.

Contacted this company about coming to do a bid on a retaining wall repair. I got a reply and request for my address and they would get back to me with my quote. I never heard from them again and I have tried more than once to get a reply from them.

David Romero is the owner of DRC and does a superb job. He's very easy to work with and his prices are reasonable. It is very difficult to schedule new jobs with him because it's hard to get a call back. (That's why I gave hime 4 stars instead of 5.) But I can attest that as difficult as it is to return schedule new jobs, when he starts a job, he follows through and provides excellent customer service. His workmanship and customer care is excellent. But, yes, he sucks on returning calls to schedule new jobs; but not to support existing jobs. That is a very big difference.
