Uhm I'd give 3 star don't really go here often but the fries def give me diarrhea and my toilet is brown, and their shakes are delicious service ig is a 2 y'all are slow. I hade a free cone coupon and never got it.

I didn't read the other reviews, but my meal was fresh and the service was good. Place was clean and friendly.

We ordered 2 Medium chocolate dip cones, we got one and waited for 7 or 8 minutes to get the other one, while I had to start eating mine because it was melting my husband had to wait for his, when they brought his it was short of tossed out at him, before she slammed the window back I yelled we need napkins.... Both females helping us was rude....
We won't be back to that location! If you are eating there be prepared service from those two females is bad.

i usually only go here for their ice cream and it always hits! i once went their and came back home and before i knew it i was in the bathroom with my toes curled sitting on the toilet! i had to shart very badly and couldn't hold it in.

The food was horrendous. Horrible. Never again. I came here for a burger and fries. And I shat all of it out. This doesn't usually happen. I also found a bug in my food. Never coming back.

Not even sure if words can justify how bad this spot is, not sense of what they are doing, place was a disaster, not clean at all, please find a new manager or get rid of this place.

Totally screwed up my order. No dressing for the salad or a fork to eat it with. Fries missing and one soda missing. It was a delivery order so I got a partial refund but did not get my food. They suck.

It's filthy all over, including in the foyer and behind the counter where the floor was covered in ice cream and pieces of food, etc. The food preparers we're walking all around in it. The pop machine in the dining area serves up flat Coke and the Coke behind the counter was flat also. The cashier said they're typically flat. My wife said the ladies bathroom was also filthy and with a broken paper dispenser, so the towel roll was sitting in the sink counter with water all around it. The only positive thing to say is that the Heath blizzards were good. We won't stop in on the next trip out East. Gross.

Pros:
1) gm Derek is amazing and makes every effort to accommodate his customers.

2) ice cream is amazing and the topping choices are very numerous

3) chicken strips are tasty

4) employees are very nice and seem to work hard

Cons:
1) could be a bit cleaner, particularly the restrooms

2) most of the grill food is average at best

I have ate here a couple times and have been through the drive through on a few occasions. Nothing to write home about to say the least. The staff seems to really not care about anything, the inside of the establishment is filthy. I had to clean a table off before we could even sit down. I had to pick the least dirty, and sticky table. My food was cold, my kid got some chicken strips and applesauce. Pretty simple and yet they forgot the applesauce. Two whole items and they couldn't manage that. The fries were cold and stale. As we sat here attempting to eat this horrible representation of food, it seems as though the staff was having quite the good time with all kinds of laughing and joking going on. Trust me there is plenty to do in the lobby to keep them busy. However they don't seem to care at all. Normally I'm the mom who makes sure the kids eat their food before getting ice cream but theirs was just as bad. Cold and stale. So I'm breaking the rules in hopes the staff can get an ice cream cone right at least. I don't think that I will be returning any time soon if ever
