Dairy Queen

It is refreshing to find a local eatery (especially a chain!) that takes time to really show what good customer service is all about.

I have never had a so-so meal here... each time, the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. We visit these guys about twice a month and usually order a burger or two, chicken fingers for the kiddos, and treat ourselves to a Blizzard.

Some notable instances of great customer service:

Once, it was snowing/icy outside, and the manager walked my wife to the car with our take-out order, making sure she was able to get into her van safely.

The next time I went in, one of the cashiers walked me to my truck with our drinks, so that I didn't have to make two trips. Nice.

These folks are always friendly, accommodating, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
