Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Last Thursday I went to dairy queen for the first time in a long time. I had a young lady i believe named Callie helping me and she was so friendly and got my ice cream made so quickly and it was the best blizzard I have ever had.

Gluten free eater.

I've been here before for the hot fudge. My mom loves them and I try to avoid dairy. So my normal go to are fries. This time my husband and I wanted lunch. It went down hill from here.

My husband ordered the double stack hidden valley ranch burger meal. It was so soggy that the bottom bun had disintegrated. The top bun was so hard he couldn't bend it. Appears to have been sitting out for a while. The fries were stale. The iced tea isn't my favorite brand of tea. That isn't their fault. I'm picky for good iced tea. His burger had no lettuce but without me asking (I ordered the same as his with modifications) mine came with lettuce.

My order was correct. I got the same burger as my husband minus onion runs, bbq and a bun. They got all that right. Honestly that probably is part of the one star rating. I rarely get fast food to get me my order quickly and correctly.

My burger had a ton of lettuce on it. The lettuce looked frozen and thawed. The ribs were discolored. It felt soggy. But it was bright green. I removed it all. The burger tasted like a frozen patty that was microwaved. I don't mind a good frozen patty, I've been to other local places that do them well. The bacon was fine and the cheese sauce was okay. To be honest it was one of the worst meals I've had in globe.

We will only be returning for their ice cream items for my husband and my mom.

Food was very good, stacker regular burgers, fries!

Service was really great, cashier was very nice, expedient, friendly, customer service oriented. She really was what made the experience great!

It's clean inside, quiet and customer friendly.

I will return!

This was a super well run DQ. We had a very large order and the staff handled it well. We sat outside because we had the dog. The tables outside were clean and in good condition. The food was hot and fresh. I do wish the burgers had a description on the sign but that is all DQ not specific to this one. Good job folks!

This was the worst food we've had in a long time. We both had the $7.00 lunch. I'll start with the cheese burger...both were served on a very cold bun, my husband burger had two bottom buns...no top bun?? Cheese was half way on the burger other half glued to the paper. Pickles "stacked" 3 high laying in a dime size amount of mustard and ketchup. Fries looked good but were luke warm at best. Small chocolate syrup Sunday included was watered down so much that I poured the syrup off and just ate the ice cream. Dr. Pepper on the soda machine was broke. Stay sooo far away from this dump and eat somewhere else!!! I'd give this dump a minis 10 if I could!

I went to my local Dairy Queen for lunch and they had the worst possible service. The waitress just stood at the counter - she wasn't busy at anything - and completely ignored me. One star is too good for such "service". I won't be going back.

Omg the pup cups have milk bone in them. This DQ rocks!!!!! Really busy here but they are totally on top of it and got our desserts out quickly! Will stop at this one again for sure!

I stopped on my way from Pinetop, AZ, to Tucson and had a great sundae and Blizzard. BUT, when I ordered a $20 gift card, the staff had issues putting $20 on the card. Finally, they said it worked. I got to Tucson and 3 different DQs said it wasn't authorized. I called the Globe store 3 different times and talked to staff, who said they left messages for the manager. I never got a call back and I'm out $20. I'm still a DQ fan, but wish my $20 gift card would have worked and not ended up as + 20 in the cash register till.

This is a Grill and Chill location so you can get hot food or delicious deserts. They have tasty hamburgers and awesome chicken strip baskets. The blizzard menu always features the monthly/seasonal specials or you can go with one of the tasty signature or classic selections. They also offer amazing ice cream cakes that will be the hit of any party or gathering. The staff is always fast and attentive. For an older establishment is is very well maintained and always clean. This is a definite stop if your passing through town or a local looking for a good quick meal.

Ordered two medium blizzards. I had to complain about one of them because it had quite a bit less to it then the other (put a spoon into it and the ice cream sunk into the cup). The cashier that I had purchased it from added extra ice cream to it to balance it out (it was probably the size of a small put into a medium cup).

The actual Blizzards were good.
