We were staying at the nearby Great Wolf Lodge and I was sent out on a fast food run. When you get fast food, you know what the benchmark is, so you don't expect fine dining. What makes the difference is the freshness of the food, the assembly, and the interactions with employees.

They nailed it on all points. I put my order in on the app for drive through pickup. When I pulled into the lot, I saw about eight cars ahead of me and an empty lobby, so I pulled over and went inside. I explained that I'd put in an order for drive through, but would like to pick up in the lobby if possible. The guy smiles, says no problem, then goes to yell at the people in the back. They make fun of each other. They're having fun. They take care of me and my food is hot. They put napkins in my bag without me having to ask.

My flamethrower combo is tasty. My son steals almost half of it because he liked it more than his burger from a different joint. Life is good. No pics because the food didn't last long enough.

This is one of our two favorite DQs in Washington. The service is always friendly and fast. Food is good and they play the DQ points game. Today we enjoyed a free chicken strip dinner basket along with our burger and Buck Lunch order (currently at $7). Even with the huge order in front of us the food came out correct, hot and tasty. I wish this great DQ had a regular deluxe burger. It's the only thing I'd change. PS Great ice cream flavor here. Not all DQ are the same. Makes for a great Moolatte.

      Cleanliness: above average

Restrooms: really clean, multiple stall (2)

      Kids menu: yes

      MyFitnessPal: yes

Beverages: Coke products and ice cream heaven, coffee. Kids can have an apple juice.

The teenagers running this evenings drive through were really rude. I paid almost a dollar for extra hot fudge on my sundae and I was given a normal sundae, no big deal but when I asked for it to be fixed they said they "did it right, have a good day" and shut the window on us. Just lame ppl

Four of us went in on a Thursday evening 9/1/22 simply for ice cream. We arrived plenty early with 30 minutes before closing. When it was our turn to order the employee clearly wasn't in the mood to be there (short curly dark hair with glasses). Ten minutes before closing we noticed another employee lock the door. We sat and waited for our ice cream for 20 minutes and when she delivered our order we were told "just to let you know we close in 3 minutes" and we thought ok we will eat our ice cream and go then. Three minutes later she walked back to our table and informed us they were closing and we would have to leave so they can clean. I asked if we were expected to finish eating outside and she said "yes sorry but we have to close down and clean" she also had another table of 4 finish eating outside and then delivered the only other table the food they were waiting for and told them they would need to take their food outside and eat it.
Every customer was appalled. I am 55 but I and many friends have worked in the food industry for years and both of my kids have worked in the food industry while they were in college and none of us have ever heard of a business being locked up 10 minutes before closing and then asking everyone to leave right on the dot in the middle of eating their food, and with such a rude demeanor. In the food and beverage industry the customer leaves on their own accord and without urging...always! This was extremely unprofessional and inexcusable service. I'm guessing these young employees were breaking company policy and just wanted to go home. I get it,working in customer service stinks, but they chose the job. Management and employees on duty 9/1/22 need a talking to.
You lost 12 customers permanently and word of mouth travels quickly so much more than that. Shame on your company. Zero stars should be an option.

How does a DQ have this on their reader board, yet when you go to the drive through they tell you they are no longer doing pumpkin blizzards??? CHANGE YOUR MENU OR GET DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT!!! This is THE ONLY DQ I have heard of doing this! FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest!

I went here for dinner and was given soaked hotdogs with ketchup and mustard plus a bunch of unnecessary plastic silverware plus the rude staff too so I don't recommend at all

This location superiorly skimps on oreos. The blizzard are 95% vanilla ice cream. And don't ask for extra, because they will charge but not give them to you. I love DQ but seriously, this is killing me. I've given them over a dozen chances, and it just gets worse!

Blizzards are pricier, and extra oreos costs too. I expect Oreo distribution like they used to provide! I'm ok with rising costs, but not reduced quality. The Tacoma locations are like this too. Get it together DQ!

This DQ is awesome. Everything you would expect from a well ran restaurant and more! Clean, fast and friendly service, and the food is better than most fast food chains. On top of that, the staff, while young, is extremely well trained. We consistently get outstanding service! We eat there about once a month with a group of friends, usually having Blizzards and other ice-cream treats. Once in awhile though, we are coming directly from work so grab dinner too and have always been pleased with our burger and chicken selections. For semi-fast food, this is truly a 5-star experience. By the way, the Grandmound DQ, owned by the same people, is also just as good too!

This DQ IS AMAZING! My drive through experience was brightened by the amazing stuff. The staff member that was taking our payment was full of smiles and very professional. I just wanted to say thank you Autumn!

This DQ was recently updated from the vintage 60's to the up to date 2014 look, a much needed makeover.
