One of the best nail appointments I've had. Came out very cute. The set costed a bit more than I expected but I'm not mad at it given the service and how it looks. Forgot to get my nail tech's name though :((

came to this nail salon for the first time and they're amazing. very personable, they make you feel comfortable by making conversation. they do an amazing job. 10/10 recommend. i will definitely be back!!

The men's pedicure was amazing, had a margarita with it and nice hot towels with hot stones made it all so worth it after a long days of work

Horrible experience.
I went in to be serviced for a refill and pedi, once I was seated I felt as tho the entire time the nail techs were rushing through my appointment. After my pedi (and having to tell her that the nail polish on certain areas on my toes needed a thicker coat of polish and being ignored) once I was done I had a to wait to get my nails done while they serviced other customers!
Once I started getting my nails done she was rushing as well and I had to tell her to fix this nail and that nail as she was shaping them , not to mention the SLOPPY work she did painting my nails
Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT go here !

I've always scheduled appointment ahead of time. But today when I came in for my appointment another person did my nails. Because the person that I scheduled with got busy. They didn't tell me anything at all about it. After all that and my nails turned out to be like that the lady decided to up charge me and ask for $25 although the prices were listed and every time I would come to this place I would only pay $20 for gel manicure. Also I asked the receptionist to let me know next time if the person that I scheduled appointment with would be busy, so I could simply reschedule. He replied with "although you had an appointment with him, you should also ask only for him when you come in"

I used to come here every two weeks when i lived in philly they always did good work on my nails. Recently i started going back just too get my nails done here and I'm not sure if they got a new business owner and replaced all their people but I've never seen anyone who worked in here before and I've been there twice since the new people and they are always rude, they apply the acrylic very bumpy and thin , paint horribly and are always rushing .. prices are also very high for their service which is crazy for they way they do nails. I would NOT recommend !

Worst manicure ever. During the gel manicure she never asked me to wash my hands. She just used alcohol and swabbed my nails after filing them. She made me rub the lotion into my own hands which I have never had to do at a nail salon even during Covid. I have polish all over my fingers and cuticles. There are black flecks under the red polish. Of course all of this did not become visible until I came outside.
They don't ask anyone to use hand sanitizer when they come in. She never changed gloves after she finished my service. She sat someone directly next to me instead of the every other chair that salons are supposed to do. I used lots of sanitizer on the way out because they clearly are not doing anything to protect their customers.

only giving an extra star because the service was fast and didn't need to wait. they had a wide variety of colors which i liked about the shop. however, i felt like everything was being rushed and i understand they had other people to service as well, but i am paying customer as well. the lady was nice, wasn't sure what's her name, however after she was finish she didn't give me a hot towel and she just put lotion on my hand TOLD me to rubbed it in and just kinda sent me out my way!

Awful. She did not do a good job at all and more pricier then places that do an okay job. One of my nails was not fully polished, you can see a bit of the clear color on the nail. She did not even file the toe nails. The nails are not even, each nail is in a crooked line, just like I had cut them at home.

I was waiting for over an hour (1 hr and 24 mins) AFTER my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. 2 people that came after me were taken before me. Very unprofessional. Even tho my nails came out OK, I would NEVER come to a place that makes me wait 1 hr after my apptmt time.

Tip: don't overbook and have a bunch of ppl waiting inside the shop (esp during covid smh)
