If you only want a hotel with a nice view of the lake, this is your place. BUT!!! Our one bedroom condo was filthy on arrival - long hairs around the toilet, dirty dishes and tableware, a uncleaned refrigerator, stains on the bed linens, a torn "bedbug cover" on the mattress, numerous spiderwebs and other more exotic bugs (both dead and alive) in the room. We spent hours cleaning to get to a point we could use our "suite." We had booked a second room for our family where the view was ruined by windows caked with who knows what, the washer/dryer was never properly installed (it leaked after it was finally connected by the maintenance staff) and the living room TV never worked. On the first morning, after a short sleep interrupted by the sun pouring in around the disconnected window shades, the Keurig exploded leaving a coffee grounds mess on the counter and floor. We had to make several trips to the front desk to attempt to make things right. However, this place is critically understaffed - the young barely trained manager (Andre) was very polite and wanted to be helpful, but he was basically the only person working and severely limited by the owners. His schedule included four consecutive 8am to 8pm shifts with 12-hour evenings spent in one of the guest rooms "on call" for late arrivals and emergencies. The desk was frequently empty with a "back soon" notice when he was off doing something else. We never saw a housekeeping person in our room and whenever anything was needed it was just Andre on the spot. Ultimately, the part-time (it seems) maintenance person fixed our blinds, we were offered a new bedbug cover (but we would have to lift the mattress to install it ourselves), and the Keurig was replaced with a working model from a vacant room. The entire hotel staff was comprised of an overworked manager, a single housekeeper that only "cleaned" rooms on guest departure and the maintenance guy. The restaurant was staffed by an amicable couple and the food was about ten times better than the room. There were plenty of rooms available as most of the hotel's business came from overflow from Bluegreen The Cliffs at Long Creek nearby. In compensation for our time fixing and cleaning our room the first night, we were given a free night for our one room and a restaurant voucher. But after subsequent problems and complaints we were told that "the boss" would not allow any further recompense. On the contrary, we were told that management indicated that we would be allowed to leave early if we wished. The fact is that no owner or senior staff member ever contacted us, apologized or addressed any of our concerns. They were never there. We could continue to list problems as this is only a representative sampling. I will add two more items: the doors were always open even when there was no one at the desk overnight - this seems pretty unsafe; and, you had to take your own trash to the dumpster at the end of the building. Maybe this is obvious, but we really can't recommend the Table Rock Lake Condos at D'Monaco Resort. The four-star rating is a joke.

The food in the restaurant was amazing. The guy running it wears many hats but can still cook, serve, wait tables, clean the pool,ect.... But when it comes to the restaurant I must say as a foodie myself I would get a room here just to come eat. Well worth the price point and great service...

This review is for the on-site restaurant (lower level): Harley's Restaurant and Bar. I can't locate a separate Yelp page for it so if one is created/found; I'll move my review to that site instead.
We've driven by this impressive, cliff-side on-the-lake Premium Hotel for years and always wondered about the restaurant. So, we finally stopped in for a late supper on a Saturday night. We came back a few days later and had breakfast with family there.
Like all businesses in the greater-Branson area in June of 2021, they are suffering from a lack of staff. For dinner, there were only 2 employees and for breakfast - just one. The poor, overworked manager filled all roles - and believe it or not - filled them admirably. The place was clean but each visit we only ever saw one other table full plus few "to go" orders from hotel guests.
The food was average and the price wasn't as outrageous as you'd expect for a hotel. The service was good, considering, and the manager was very accommodating and constantly checked on us. The star of this place? The view! I don't know how they skirted the Army Corps of Engineer's rules about 200' setback on Table Rock Lake, but the patio area is merely feet from the water. All views inside the restaurant are equally impressive - I doubt there is a better vista anywhere on the entire lake! Because of this - part of the charm - we'll go back again. Food - 3 stars. View 5 stars.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tress L.Tulsa, OK9107195Feb 16, 2020
If you're looking for a quite, elegant place right on Table Rock, you have arrived. The staff makes you feel cared for and they are all so kind and friendly. The view is relaxing and the rooms are huge. Prepare yourself, the pillows are like sleeping on clouds. Bring some folks with you, because this is an experience to share. A "forever memory" of good times and living high, high! This place is only about 10 minutes from Branson so you can get your shopping in and come back here and put your feet up. The restaurant is nice and you don't have to drive anywhere or search for parking. This place has it all. A hidden gem and a place me and my family will frequent from here on. I can't wait to come when it's warm, but this place is great anytime!

D'Monaco Resort was more than I expected. Check in was quick and staff were more than helpful and courteous. The living room and kitchen had a beautiful view of the lake. Very quite room's even on The Fourth of July weekend.
The kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator, stove and oven, toaster, dishwasher with detergent, small bottle of Palmolive soap to clean dishes in the cabinets. Pizza pan, baking ware, can opener, silverware.
We ordered room service, chicken fingers were hot and crispy. Triple decker sandwich was delicious and toast was still warm.
Pool deck and area were clean and inviting.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jennifer W.McKinney, TX95205Dec 7, 2019
The view is spectacular! The room is amazing; more like a condo than a hotel. Clean clean clean! Mini balconies are the cherry on top! Unexpected gem and it won't stay off people's radar for long. A weekend getaway must and even more perfect In the winter when things are peaceful.

Just returned from a 1 week stay...I had a 2 bedroom unit called the Milan...it was a end unit. The place is beautiful with a gorgeous view of table rock lake. However for a place like this they have a few misses.... Our unit did not have a hot tub nor is there a communal hot tub...no communal grill....no towels at the pool....under staffed. Tried to get a couple of drinks....had to search for someone to assist us. D'Monaco is in transition...they are adding on to this existing structure and they are building across the road as well. I was told is will be about 2 years before the structure next door will be complete...lets see how this comes together

This was the absolute worst experience i've EVER had staying in a "hotel". At approximately 9pm during our stay a few weeks ago, we were trapped after the elevator stopped working and there wasn't a proper staircase. In order to retrieved our bags to leave, we had to climb up a ladder. Once we retrieved our bags, we climbed back down a ladder and our bags we taken down by a construction lift that was being operated by the owner. Does this sound normal and professional to anyone? Pathetic excuse for a property, not to mention our rooms were filthy.

Dear Nicky D,
Thank you for your review on YELP regarding your recent stay with us. I want to take this opportunity to apologize for the inconveniences that were caused to you and your friends & family.
We are proud of our Resort and concerned that we did not provide you with the product quality and services that you expected and deserved. While it is unfortunate we had a mechanical problem with our elevator, our contingency plans could have been improved upon.
I assure you this was an isolated incident and corrective measures have been taken to avoid situations such as yours from occurring in the future.
I am hopeful you will consider staying with us again, and if so, please contact me directly and I will personally handle your arrangements and insure your stay is an enjoyable one.
Sincerely,
Al Stento, General Manager, D'Monaco Resort
