They didn't rush me and took their time going over the sale and the bike.

Cycles of Jacksonville is the place to go for you motorcycle needs. Kyra in the service and parts department is top notch and knows her stuff. I highly recommend talking to her if you're ever in a bind. Will definitely be going back.

Long story short. Went in one day looking at TRIUMPH Rocket 3R, sales guy Mario "great guy" super nice, very informative, pleasure to talk to. Skipping forward, I had purchased a Rocket 3R which ended with a minor issue, John (another great guy) took it in - while I waited he kept me up to date thru all steps fixed issue ... super pleased with customer service and workmanship/service!! During my wait... I might add , I watched Mario talk to different customers and this guy is awesome! He made people comfortable - in fact sold 2 bikes while I was there.
Today! I had tried on a jacket during bike repair that was sweet! Left w/o purchasing but kept thinkin about it! Called Marlon (yet another great guy) he says "hey - I remember you asking about it, I can hold it for ya, pick it up anytime"! WOW! This service is over the top! Great crew representing and I will def be sharing my experiences!! Thanks a bunch ...not only for treating me right but also allowing me to watch how others are also treated!! Cycles of JAX, you guys ROCK!!

Sad but strange event, I was calling (no need to belittle the person by name) about a new but older motorcycle and was quite surprised at the directed sarcasm and left handed insinuations towards me just for asking about matching a price from elsewhere. From the git-go it was screwy to say the least and truly left me and my wife who over heard the conversation saying, geez, I wouldn't to pursue acquiring a motorcycle through them based on the initial approach. I could guess what could a service issue may be like? Could of been a bad day, but I would want to cross that unknown.

Took my CBR 250 here for a clutch replacement replacement only lasted a month and they charge over $700 for parts and labor. Talk to John said that it's a wearable item and there's no warranty on the work or parts.

Great place. They were honest about the extra fees. (If you price a bike on Honda's website it lists the MSRP and the extra fees). Both Mario and the sales manager were up front and helped me get the bike I needed, no over selling. Will go back when it's time to upgrade.

was $1,600 over list price plus tax. A 6.500 bike was going to be 8.700 out the door. 1.600 more over MSRP plus tax was about $500. so if they can stick them up their butt for all I care I'll buy used one first. seems all the motorcycle dealerships in Jacksonville have the same attitude. that's why I'll drive to Chattanooga Tennessee to Southern Honda Powersports in Chattanooga. no Dealer fees. gas is way cheaper than their dealer fees here in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. . I don't mind supporting the local dealerships but getting raped and giving some support or two totally different things. they're already getting full MSRP for those of you that don't know that means manufacturers suggested retail price.

Bought a motorcycle from here with promises from the dealership that it would take me to Tampa and back with no problem. It broke down the very next day I bought it. I brought it back to get it fixed. After 2 hours of getting it back from them fixing it, the motorcycle broke down on me again. I came back today to get my money back from the broken motorcycle the sold me and instead of helping me, the just ignored me. I would highly recommend not buying a motorcycle from here
