Culver's

If there's any fast food chain that delivers on consistency, it has to be Culver's. You won't find a better burger anywhere else. While Culver's is known for many other items from their menu, the burgers for me are the crème de la crème.

Culver's double bacon deluxe with cheese curds and a Diet Pepsi is peak lunch. When smash burger meets gourmet, how can it be topped?

This stop was just like the others; quick, convenient and very tasty.

Something is wrong with the custard. I have tried it from here several times and there is something not right about it. It has a gritty almost curdled texture to it.

I am not sure if they clean the ice cream machine but it is only this location it happens at and it's every single time I've come there. Some one needs to call the health department and get that looked at.

The shining star of the Midwest. Worth every penny, every time. Frozen custard is infinitely better than ice cream. Get the cheese curds, they will change your life.

Note: stop making the FOD weird combinations for boring people. I want something that will stop my heart. Anyway everything else is great :)

I went to this Jenison Culver's last night, and it was a disaster. All we ordered was one concrete mixer, and we waited in the drive through line for 30+ minutes. Ten or so people behind us got their entire meals before we got our one ice cream. I went inside to go check what was going on, and I was told that our order was lost. Finally, after like five or ten minutes inside waiting for them to figure it out, they finally remade it... and the order was still wrong! It was a vanilla concrete mixer with two toppings, how can it be so hard?

We regularly visit this location. I hopped on to check their hours for today (a holiday) and noticed their rating. After reading a few of the reviews, I noticed that multiple people mentioned they have visited this location multiple times and had good food and good service, until one time they didn't. And they chose that time to write a negative review. What in the world. The world would be a better place if people chose to write reviews after their good experiences, not just their bad ones. I would say that 90% of the time, we have fast, excellent service. Once in a while, it's just not super. And that happens...especially in the fast food industry. If you haven't tried to run a fast food restaurant in this time in history, please make a choice not to leave a negative review. If you don't get your custard in 25 minutes and see 10 cars behind you leaving, have some common sense to realize that your order may have been misplaced. It happens. During a time of restaurants being short staffed and struggling to find good workers, this Culver's has plenty of hard workers who serve you with a smile and always work at 100%.

We started to go to Culver's for a late night bite a few weeks ago, and now we go almost 4-5 times a week here. The service is always amazing, especially from Gaby who usually is the one who ends up making our Concrete Mixers every night and always has a smile when taking our order. The back kitchen staff seems to consist of the same guy every night, and he's always made our food exactly right and it always comes out tasting great. Usually when we go get fast food we expect one or two things to be wrong, but we have never had any issues here.

For a place that has fairly young workers, a large constant traffic flow of customers (drive thru is always jam packed full), and an expansive menu this place does everything right for fast food. I cannot recommend this specific location highly enough if you're getting hungry around 10pm and there are limited options. The workers do such a great job, please give them the decency to treat them with respect if your food takes a long time, it's amazing how well they can work with how busy they are.

I hope the workers here have good management and appreciate their hard work, because without them this Culver's would not survive. It's always the same people so I have to assume they are being appreciated, and we will always be repeat customers at this location because of them.

This Culver's leaves a lot to be desired. The person taking the order had a bad attitude after trying to sneak in extra toppings to add to the cost of the order and didn't seem happy when they realized that their little game was not going to work. Second they forgot to put fries in with the order and they called that complete. Will not be going there again.

We have been there three times recently and every time the hamburgers were not only cook but burned. Not just the edges but the entire patty was dry and very brown nearly black on one side. Use to love Culver's but since the hamburgers are overcooked I will skip.

Good food, reasonable prices.... IF You get what you order. which rarely happens.
yesterday, order food for my family, got home they forgot all the fries, and cheese curds. Agitated I called the store and told them. they said I had to come back to correct the issue or forget it. I said I couldnt drive that far back for fries. She said there was nothing they would do then. MORE agitated. she hangs up on me. I called them back she said I yelled at her. WHICH I DID NOT!. even my wife said I was quite calm and composed. Good food, they NEVER get the order right. almost like they TRY to mess it up. awful service.

Update. Week later. absolutely NO response from 'management'. I think my family is done with Culvers.

We are Culver's fans and go to any location we can find, but this was the worst fast food experience of ANY that we have ever had. Felt bad at first but the staff have zero awareness to stop taking orders and try and get some food out that was luke warm to people who had been waiting 25+ minutes. Then after finally receiving and running out, of course, our order was wrong. Will do my best to advocate anyone in the jenison/Hudsonville area to avoid at all costs.
