Cultured

I discovered Cultured on my trip to Louisville in 2021, and even though I was only in Louisville for four days, I went twice because Cultured is SO GOOD. Cultured was one of the places I was most looking forward to going when I went back to Louisville in 2023, and it did not disappoint.

Cultured serves drinks (beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails -- there's something for everyone), and they specialize in charcuterie boards. You can get charcuterie boards of various sizes, and you can select which cheese and meats you want (you're not forced to have a cheese or meat you dislike). The cheese and meat selection rotates, so there's always something new to try, and they add an assortment of fruits, vegetables, nuts, crackers, pickles, and more. Their charcuterie boards are truly AMAZING. And if in the mood for something lighter, you can just order an assortment of cheese and meat, without all the other items.

Once again, we went to Cultured twice, once for lunch and once for a small snack. For lunch, we had a charcuterie board with Asiago, Chipotle Colby, Pimento, and "Ted: cheeses (Ted is an aged white cheddar made locally), and smoked salmon and beef salami. DELICIOUS!

If in Louisville, stopping at Cultured is a must!

Absolutely stunning presentation, I bought the "Make it a Double" tray as a gift- (Your choice of three cheeses and choice of two charcuterie items - includes various accompaniments. Including but not limited to assorted fruits, vegetables, pickled items, condiments, nut & berries.)

The meats and cheeses chosen were :
Had ordered cheese curds but was given chipotle colby instead
fromage blanc
gouda
white cheddar
mortadella
smoked trout

It was all so delicious and fresh, it really was a work of art. I will definitely be ordering from here anytime I need a food gift from now on

The atmosphere of cultured is great! The outside area is fun and so is the inside area. Definitely a place set up to get some finger foods and talk amongst friends or coworkers. The charcuterie board that we got had some really tasty options and looks amazing when you get it! Five star presentation. I think it's pricy for just two people but that's specific to us obviously.

It's a very fun place for parties, double dates, and maybe a special occasion.

Was such a fun place to stop by in the area. It's a cool idea to have a restaurant like this. It's easy to make something like this yourself at home since the ingredients aren't that crazy unique. But if you don't feel like making it yourself, this is a perfect place to go with a group.

We started our Saturday evening out by meeting at this cute place called Cultured. It is a cheese & charcuterie bar off Main Street downtown. They have a great patio and tables to enjoy the outdoors. It is also nice that they have a small parking lot available. Street parking was easy to come by though.

We had a round of drinks which included an Aperol Spritz, Ginger Pear Margarita and a Spyglass Sour Beer.

We will definitely be back to try some of their charcuterie.

Beautiful charcuterie and cheese plate. We savored every bite, however, the Ritz crackers were an unexpected and unfortunate pairing. We would have expected a flat bread or Blue Dog baguette. We'll be back!

I picked up a cheese board to go and it was so easy & delicious! I had my newborn with me and the young gentleman insisted on taking the items ti my car since my hands were full. Totally not necessary but it went a long way!

Presentation is very nice and cheese is really good what I do not support is the ritz crackers for the price that your charge for a board I find it very disrespectful that you would give me ritz crackers and a couple of pieces of a Costco baguette we could be better then that you got million dollar cheese and food stamp bread and crackers

I've been to cultured many times. Their boards are great, lots of options on them, never any issues with cheese. Plenty of wine and good cocktails to choose from as well!

The staff were amazing with lots of energy. We ordered two drinks but I didn't like mine. I explained to them the issue and without hesitation they made me another drink. The owner came over to ensure everything was good. I cannot explain how good it all tasted together. If you are in Louisville this is a must visit restaurant!!
