I approached Mike while he was working at a neighbor's house to ask him if he installs screen doors. He came over within half hour and provided a reasonable quote to install a new screen door and a new screen on a rear window. Within 7 days, the custom screen door and window screen were installed.

I'm so happy with our new sliding door and window screens! I should have taken a before and after photo. Screen door frame was bent, screen torn from prior pets. New screens look great, slides well, and has a metal, not plastic handle. Mike was so friendly - very nice to work with. All done right outside my home with his mobile unit so I didn't need to do anything. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend Cross Breeze Screens!

I cannot say enough good things about owner/operator Mike Cratch and the quality of the products we purchased. I did A LOT of research to find what we were looking for: high quality, steel security doors with multi-point locking that could not be kicked in, and also looked beautiful & stylish. And of course the doors had to have screens (steel mesh) so we could prop them open and get a nice breeze & have unobstructed views of our garden. I found everything I wanted through Cross Breeze Screens.

Our Patio Door was all broken and messed up by kids so wanted a good and rigid door for which i reached out to several tech but cross breeze had the best quote and after seeing his work i am very happy to see a new door with a stronger screen not easily penetrable by kids and for the frame he gave us options on which to use like heavy duty, medium duty. And also explain which to use where to user and based on that i am happy about my selection as the door seems to perfectly fit our requirement.

Can't say enough about Mike and his professionalism. He is honest, takes time to explain options so you understand everything. One of the best traits is he does not try to upsell you on anything!! My boyfriend and I just recently bought a house in Chatsworth and although it is brand new the previous owner tossed out the screens!

So I called Mike from Crossbreeze screens and he got right back to me by voicemail the same evening. We coordinated schedules and he came out for an estimate and showed up on time! Mike is a quiet guy, but gives an honest and very reasonable quote. I had one other guy from the screen shop come out for a quote afterward and he was far more costly by comparison.

I work 12 hour shifts and my boyfriend travels so we really valued that they were a mobile screen service. It was as easy as calling setting an appointment and in one day the job was done. Mike showed up at 9:30 AM and worked until 5 o'clock nonstop!!! He is by far one of the hardest workers I've come across, and his attention to detail truly delighted us. He fabricated and customized a sliding screen door with a new track on a frame that was not quite level, so he shimmed it and now it's impossible to tell it's not part of the original house.

Highly recommend! Mike arrived exactly at appointment time. He was very professional and explained everything to me. Price was exactly as quoted. Got all screens plus a slider re-done within a few hours. They all look great! Will definitely use again when I'm ready for retractable front doors.
