Creative Smiles Dental Group

This is not only the most professional medical office I 've ever visited, it is staffed with some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I have been going there for seven years, three times a year. and have had nothing but great experiences. The dental work. by the way. is extraordinary. You also get to visit the quaint little town of Holly!

Our family has been coming here for about 8 years & they know us by name. Everyone is always courteous & kind and really takes the time to find out what the problem is. I had to cancel an appointment years ago due to the death of my grandmother & days later I received a personalized sympathy card in the mail. They are very caring.

Most recently my son fell & knocked his front tooth out. We immediately drove straight there & were seen right away. The staff gave me a bottle of water & comforted me while i was getting emotional in the waiting room like a mom might do. Then the next morning they even called just to see how our son was feeling. That is the kind of service you dont just get anywhere. This office truly cares about your health & will see you through to recovery. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I started as a patient at Creative Smiles when I was around 10 or 11 years old. They were my only dentist up until the age of 22.

Work took me to DC and I have been hard pressed to find a dentist that measures up to Creative Smiles.

Every time I walked through their door I was met with smiling faces who knew my name, my parents and general facts about my life.

I actually hate going to the dentist. I get nauseous and panicky and the staff at Creative Smiles even offers headphones (if you forget your own) to distract you through any procedure. Even a cleaning!

Small things like asking if I'm okay throughout a procedure and asking if I need a break, basically just showing emotion, is what makes this place so fantastic. They really do care about you. I seriously could go on and on about this place....

I even tried to schedule my trips home to line up with my regular cleanings. No such luck as Michigan is no longer my home.

The person answering the phone sounded nice and friendly, but they don't take Medicaid
