I was going to give it two stars, but, hey, let's just tell it like it is. It's a basic bait and switch tactic. You get a good rate for six months, they raise the rates and then you're told rates go up and likely will every renewal time.
Hmmm, will definitely be contacting corporate over the attitude of this office, mainly LINDA! Too bad I couldn't have met Linda earlier before life turned against her and she became such a nasty person. Some women have to have the last word, she has to have ALL THE WORDS!
Changed car and house insurance and they gave me a good quote and was a little cheaper than Geigo. I also liked the attitude of the woman who handed the transition. THAT WAS SIX MONTHS AGO!
Get a notice that my rate was going up 8%. Now, that's not much but I call and ask and talk to LINDA, oh, sweet, lovely, kind LINDA. Obviously, I wasn't the first to have this happen and she was ready for the question of why is my rate going up. Somewhat rude on the phone I thought.
Had an appointment across town and decided to drop in. The owner appeared to be on the phone as did the woman out front but LINDA was free. I was left to wander the hallways to find her lair.
What an attitude. She said I got a complimentary $30 dollars off for the first six months. She said she really didn't know why this wasn't explained to me. I know! Because that made their rates cheaper! Then they hit me with an increase! No tickets, no claims, nothing.
I attempted to speak to this woman about this complimentary $30 bucks to find out why it was complimentary but I never could ask the question. She just wouldn't shut up! Some woman have to have the last word. She has to have all of them.
I started to ask a question to be interrupted by her. After the third time, I did point out to her if I hadn't been cut off she'd understand what she was rambling on about wasn't my question. She apologized and I attempted to ask my question. Never got it out as she simply wouldn't shut up enough to let me ask it.
I've never dealt with a company with a woman like this who tries to preemptively strike the customer's question as though it's an ESP thing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
