Okay food for a quick bite. Nothing spectacular. Eat and go kind of place for me.

      1 check-in

Came with a group of 8. Service was fast and good was good. I did not care for the side of sausage. It had an overbearing smoky flavor that was to much. Good place for breakfast overall

Food and service is going down to the worse part of the service industry.

out of items and extremely dirty specially the bathrooms like never clean them.

The restaurant is half empty but the waiting is at least 40 minutes to get dry, overcook food.

the biscuits are dry and burn

      not again

I've eaten breakfast at Cracker Barrel for 30+ years. I travel for work so I've eaten at their locations all across the country. This is by far the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever eaten at. I would give it zero (or negative) stars if I could, but it wouldn't let me.

The food was soaked in oil (greasy spoon) and I asked the waitress if she could have them remake my meal and hold the grease. The manager then comes out to "explain" to me (obviously because I'm not in the food industry therefore I must be an idiot) the reason the food was greasy is because they have to oil the grill first thing in the morning. My response was I eat at Cracker Barrel all the time and it's never that greasy. Shen the proceeds to explain the reason is that later in the day they don't have to use as much oil. I happily explained to her that I visit every morning at 7 AM sharp when they open to have breakfast, and again it's never that greasy. Just save yourself, your stomach (and gut) and don't go here.

This is really sad given the fact that Cracker Barrel headquarters is just down the street in Lebanon, Tennessee. Obviously no one from corporate has ever dined this location.

This was our last day in Nashville and we decided to try Cracker Barrel for the first time! We were a bit hesitant because of the reviews but Miss Pamela made us feel right at home! She was very nice and gave a suggestions for our meals choices which were delicious!

I ordered the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn and apples and the hubby ordered the fried chicken special with loaded mashed potatoes and turnip greens. I had the half sweet tea and half lemonade which was delicious.

The ambiance of Cracker Barrel feels like a step back in time and we are glad we finally got to try it!

Usually good but this time was a letdown. Server friendly as always but the chicken fried steak was way overcooked to the point it changed the flavor. Since that was the main part of the meal it was disappointing.

Waited at the host stand, and waited, then seated and ignored despite employees standing around talking. Waited several minutes before deciding nearby Bob Evans might do better.

On way out of CB, what appeared to be a manager chased us down and asked "hadn't anyone taken care of us?" He was one of the people standing talking to what appeared to be another manager of sorts.

Based on activities observed, perhaps it was shift change at 9:45 am??? Nevertheless, the fact that nobody came by, and at least acknowledged us was pretty disappointing..

Probably the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to:(
The grilled chicken tenders were extremely dry, hash brown casserole crunchy and cold, broccoli must've been cooked for a minute,(crunchy hard)... but the worst things were the biscuits. They were as hard as hockey pucks, dark brown tops and bottoms. I would have been embarrassed to put them in a basket, and worse put them on the table!
      Chicken and dumplings were congealed.

      Had breakfast here this morning
It was ehhh... both of us had country fried steak. Breading was over cooked the potatoes were just okay. For sweet tooth ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes. Those were just okay too
Prices are cheap but that's all. Would we go back? Definitely NOT...please avoid this place. The only nice thing is their country gift shop

Stopped in for a solid southern style breakfast. The server was super nice and kept my ice water topped off. The food was really good as well. The country store section was interesting to peruse as well. Lots of cool items!
