Food was awesome. Service was very friendly. Came in on a Thursday, 6pm, sat right away. Kind of wonder if the bad reviews are during the weekend or something when it's super busy?

Worst service ever from a DoorDash order, our driver got lost and took forever so food was stone cold. Also missing syrup for pancakes and gravy for Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast and Biscuits n' Gravy with Bacon or Sausage. Driest piece of steak and biscuits without gravy of course . So why have a quality check at the end of the receipt stapled to the outside of the bag if its not even done/checked?

The main issue with this location was the length of time it took to get a table. We waited for about 20-30 minutes. As we waited several other couples came over didn't even see a host to take their names.
They seem to be under staffed and don't seem to have a good system for seating.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 4, 2023
Cracker Barrel has always been a decent, inexpensive restaurant chain offering good "home style" meals - from breakfast to lunch and into the evening for dinner. Is it anything special? No. But it's a well-known and staple chain restaurant I categorize with others like Chili's, Applebees, Olive Garden, etc. I always enjoy browsing the front store with seasonal goodies!
We stopped in for breakfast driving through the town. Their breakfast/brunch menu is hearty and full of variety, relatively inexpensive depending on what all you order, and served as expected. No frills, no surprises. Service was excellent - our server was kind and attentive and efficient, despite the breakfast rush that quickly followed after we got seated.
I ordered their seasonal French Toast Latte which was piled high with whipped cream and the steak and eggs hash brown bowl, which was a generous portion of hash brown casserole topped with cheese, eggs, tomatoes and onions, steak bites, and crispy fried onions. It was so much food, and came with biscuits as well.
I don't dine often here, but when I do, I always know what to expect and enjoy my visit.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 18, 2023
French toast with peaches 3/10
I thought I was in for a treat but wasn't too happy with my choice. The peach and sauce over powered the French toast. The Grandma sampler was pretty good. The bacon, sausage and ham were what I was expecting, cooked right.
Crackerbarrel is pretty consistent and I rarely have bad experiences with food or their service. Today the host took over 5 minutes to man the booth and when she came to the booth she seemed annoyed that I was there. Wasn't sure if I was the problem or if she is having a bad day at work.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

My aunt and I visited the location. Neither of us had visited a Cracker Barrel in many years. There was not a wait in line when we arrived. The location had people there but it was not overly crowded. We looked over the menu and our waiter came over to get our drink orders while we continued to look over the menu. After a few minutes we decided to order the 2 strawberry cheesecake filled pancakes, egg whites, sausage, and bacon. We also just decided to drink water on this hot summer day. The food was delivered to our table in about 20 minutes or so. The strawberry cheesecake filled pancakes were delicious. I was not able to finish my pancakes. The strawberries on the side and whip cream were also yummy. Very sweet treat ...I would eat the order again.

Worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. Starting from the 10+ minute wait to be seated when the parking lot was nearly empty. From what we gathered the employees were debating who would stay to work and who was going home since it was slow. When we finally got to our table, the area around and under it was filthy with straw wrappers, sugar packet wrappers, and silverware all over the floor. Another table seated after us were equally disgusted and asked an employee to clean more before they sat down. We had our baby with us and were not offered a high chair and my husband got one for us himself. We almost left then and should have, but stayed anyway. One of his two fried chicken breasts came back under cooked, raw in the middle, which he couldn't eat. I only got a few sides of vegetables which I shared with our 1 year old. A few hours later, we were both sick. I am mad at myself for not trusting our instinct to leave. We had a good server who was friendly and attentive, but food poisoning is terrible and I'm really upset this made my 1 year old ill.

Disgusting food period point blank.
Service was unprofessional.
Waiting time was ridiculous.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Connie N.Dallas, TX1585679Apr 30, 2023Updated review
Excellent Bacon & Egg Hash brown casserole. The crisp bacon pieces were a hearty size so as not to get lost in the eggs. Lots and lots of cheese, too.
The best part about our visit was the waitress we had. If you'd like to be treated in an extra nice manner, go see Alicia G. She was very attentive and sweet!
We always enjoy the ambiance at Cracker Barrel with its hometown feeling. Super fun to shop the country store!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 4, 2018Previous reviewWe kicked off our 4th of July with a breakfast outing at this classic restaurant. It wasn't up to our usual standard this go around. Although we were seated fairly quickly since we arrived early, our waitress, Charlene was a huge disappointment. She kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for and they were things that should've been brought to the table automatically like butter and jelly for our biscuits. Our eggs were ordered medium and 2 were well done and the third had runny white; ugh!
I do like the general store and enjoy doing a little shopping after breakfast. Today I found some unique salt and pepper shakers in which to buy. Again however I was disappointed by our cashier, Julissa who just tossed my purchase in the bag without wrapping them in tissue to avoid breakage. When I asked if they could please be wrapped in paper, she just passed me the tissue for me to do it myself. I normally would be the first to offer to do it myself but there was NO LINE and her attitude really bothered me. It may be time for us to find a new breakfast spot. Basically the service was bad. - Andrea C.Glenn Heights, TX066Nov 25, 2023
What is wrong with this picture....other than a pissed off customer that took this pic of her food.
Let me tell you what else is wrong with this picture - the glass bottle of syrup that has been touched by everyone from A to Z is laying on my pancakes. I understabd that this is a TO GO ORDER but couldn't the syrup bottle have been placed inside the bag vs on my pancakes.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
