Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The eatery has a country feel. We ordered pecan pancakes, biscuits, waffles and all the fixings! It was great as always.

The service was great but the wait was long. We love this place because we get to shop afterwards. lol!

Worst Cracker Barrel in the US. We stopped going a few years ago because as we were eating a roach is walking across the table. After all these years, we thought we would go back and give them another try. The restaurant was dirty, service was so-so. After we finished eating and waiting for the check, what do you know, a roach comes out of the bread, basket and onto the table?. if you don't mind eating with a severe roach infestation, knock yourself out. I'll never go back there.

Came in to get meal with my family and parents (7 of us and a high chair) at 4pm on a Monday. When we pulled in we were happy to see they weren't busy like usually and thought we would be seated right away since almost every table was open only to be told it would be 45 minutes ok cool we thought let's do some shopping well after table after table were sat that came in after us we started getting confused but were patient.. Told our table was ready and went in to find a table sat for 6 with a chair on the end and no high chair well as we needed more room obviously I went to slide a table to add and immediately heard a voice from a lady at a round big table in the corner saying we weren't allowed to move tables! As I assumed this was a manager we all basically said our table is not big enough as we needed to add a high chair and one chair was already at the end she just stood looking at us and said I was told you were a table of 7 I said yes and a high chair and she responded that she already had to call in a waiter for our table so my Dad said I will just stand to eat then... At this point we just decided to leave as we had no help from management as the women was in the middle of a meal at the larger table in the corner table with another employee!!! Poor management and very disappointed in this situation as we have never had a disappointment at any other location!! Maybe new management needs to happen here!! I would be giving a negative 5 if I could!!!

First let me say I love a well run Cracker Barrel, but this one may not be one of those. Service and food delivery were slow. My wife ordered a blueberry pancake with blueberry syrup. She received the correct pancake with maple syrup instead. Waitress said they hadn't made the blueberry syrup yet??? My wife sent it back for an over medium egg, bacon and toast. That came out cold and not cooked correctly. We paid our bill at the register and relayed our experience to a young man with a smirk on his face with no apology. Needless to say the "tip o meter" dropped to zero. Please fix management!!!

this is the first time we had a proble. Bad service plus out steak was cooked rare not well done. We send the steak back and when they brought is was still in the pink side. Foof very bad no flavor

Beware if you are hungry. My family and I waited 1hr 36mins just to get our food. Chicken was dry, dumplings had no flavor and we weren't the only table that waited forever. When I paid I asked the cashier if they were short staff and she mentioned that sometimes it is a hit or miss. I felt like I was robbed after paying my bill. Definitely recommend not to spend your hard earned money here at this place. Two big thumbs down !

We love eating at,Cracker Barrell. We really enjoy your waitress Jillian. We recently visited again after a month. Can't wait to return again!

Party of 2, We arrived @ 0930 Tuesday ordered our food by 0940 which are just basic breakfast and it took an hour for our food to get to us. complimentary biscuits were only given to us around 1010 because our food is taking "awhile" to cook. Never again will be coming here. IHOP will be the spot for now on.

They are slow. The biscuits are great, but you have to pay for them. That by itself is a disappointment. Just takes away the whole reason to eat there. I will just go get my free chips and salsa at a Mexican Restaurant. Service is slow so don't be HANGRY!

The owner for Cracker Barrel states "Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers warm welcomes and friendly smiles." However if you are a group bigger than 8 then they completely refuse to sit you as a group. The manager told me that they do not serve groups bigger than 8 and that they wouldn't even put us together because we might push the tables together. Then she told me that it would be a 30-45 minute wait to not sit together even though only about 1/3 of the tables had people in it . We were together as a funeral and really needed to be together. Cracker Barrel lost 12 customers for supper twice and 12 customers for breakfast twice. We booked our hotel close to the restaurant so we could eat there. We will never be back. This is not a family friendly restaurant. It made me give it one star to post this.
