Super nice people, very clean premises and did a great job fixing my car. We live in Arkansas and had to pick a place at random when my car was wrecked in Covington. My car looks new again and it was very easy to communicate from afar. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

The repair job they did on my truck bed was sub par at best. A lot of corners were cut to say the least. They also can't seem to correctly tape off areas that dont need to be repainted. The inside of both doors on the driver side of my truck had silver paint all over them. The roof of my truck had overspray all over it as well... I had to give my truck back to these guys 2 different times. My advice? Go anywhere else. You and I could paint a vehicle better than this.

Replaced bumper & took 28 days to repair. Gave no updates. Then get car home & paint job was horrible. missed spots, chipping off. The color didn't match. They got clear coat on my windows. Then a mouse got in my car there & it made a mess. Had to constantly call to get them to have time to repair again. Then claimed it would take 3 days to repair. I requested a renter car on their expense & then they could magically do it faster. I would never go back after this experience.

They replaced the front bumper on my Mother's Toyota. Nice people to deal with, and they did a great job. Very happy with the service.

Well, I was a little apprehensive about sending my car here because, I was only used to dealing with the dealership if needed . However, I was very surprised at how great the service was. Fernando was awesome and Christine was a sweetheart. Needless to say if I ever have an issue I will Def send my vehicle to Covington Body shop.......... sorry Ray Brandt but, this company is by far the GREATEST yet......

I am perhaps in the minority, but I had a horrible experience at Covington Body Shop. After having paid for everything well in advance, they twice sent me away with seat belts for my third row seating which turned out NOT TO WORK when my grandchildren arrived, so they were forced to ride around without seat belts. This is after I was assured that they worked and had not thought it necessary to try them out as I trusted them not to send me away with the wrong seat belts. When I brought the car back for the fifth or sixth time, I was told, and I quote "I only install them"!!! as though they could not be held responsible for having them work! Once they realized that would not send me away, they ordered more seat belts, which took another eight weeks, and when those came in, because my little dogs had chewed on them a little and they could not return them to Toyota. I was obliged to pay for them a second time in order to have them installed, whereas I thought they should absorb the cost as I had been put through so much trouble, constant renting of cars and ubers. And I thought I was in possession of working seat belts when the dogs chewed on them, and it was minor and they would still have worked if they had not been the wrong ones. A total rip-off and unethical place, and the owner, Fernando, during the EIGHT MONTHS that it took to finally have the correct seat belts, did not ONCE offer an apology or try to accommodate me in any way for all of the trouble and expense.
