No complaints! First time going to this location. Ordered online. The order was ready when I got there. I used the drive through and there was no wait.
The person working the drive through was incredibly friendly and made the experience very pleasant. Thank you to the person working the drive through on Sunday 2/18 afternoon at around 4pm. It's this kind of service that can make someone's day. You made mine!
My order was correct and the food quality seemed be just fine.

Absolutely terrible I've gone to this place many times giving them chance after chance and they never get it right. I am officially done with this place. I just ordered a Italian special and a cheesesteak I get home and I got a club and a turkey sub. I cannot wait for this place to get replaced with a Jimmy John's.

Hadnt been to cousins since I was a kid... tuna is above average for sub shops but really nothing special about the whole sandwich and no signature flavor that makes this sandwich anything better than what I can make at home... they were busy but able to bring my food out is a fairly quick manner except for mixing up the bread I asked for

Cousins Subs literally always taste great. The only problem I ever have with this restaurant chain is the service. I have tried three different locations and each time you just wait and wait and wait. I understand if they're busy and the subs are made fresh but when you see people standing around and you watch people who order after you get their food quicker you begin to question the process. It's rare to get a thank you as compared to them calling out your number or putting the sandwich on the tray and handing it to you. Nothing is said like enjoy your meal. Thanks for coming in. Sometimes it feels like we are inconveniencing them.

Ordered the meatball and provolone sub. I picked it up and half a cup of water ran out, the bread was soaking wet and inedible. And inside was lukewarm meatballs with two unmelted thin slices of provolone. Absolutely disgusting. I pointed this out to the manager who just replied that this is the consistency of the marinara. Ok - well try a different one maybe?

Food is good. I rarely have a problem the renovation is spectacular. I think some of these posts aren't so negative. I basically feel that if you are polite with whoever is serving you they will for sure be polite to you back. smile ,say hello, etc..

Service is HORRIBLE on several occasions I've been there and employee's are obviously very angry and annoyed that you are there to say the least. I've witnessed them about to fight and when the manager said I don't know what's wrong and apologized for me witnessing it another time the young man called the young lady to take my order from back she had the most disgusting attitude so I proceeded to say that if you don't want to be here why come to work But last night my daughter and myself went in the manager comes from the back with her cup with used gloves to get a drink and proceeded to the grill with same gloves on my daughter said can you not touch my food with those gloves that's a health code all HELL broke loose. Called just now to speak with the GM and got told if you don't want me to help call Monday it's sad that who ever owns this location just spent a lot of money remodeling for such horrible customer service if owner sees this please help

Super disappointed with the quality of the food here today. This would have easily been a one star review had it not been for the friendly customer service of the staff person at the drive thru window.
Let me be sure to give credit where it's due. The cheese curds and French fries here are tasty good!
As I unwrap my sandwich at home I noticed that the paper that it's wrapped in is soaked, literally soaked. I set the sandwich on my lap briefly and then my jeans got wet too. Look, I got a ham and cheese sandwich so where is all this water coming from?! The sandwich comes with onions and tomatoes and I requested to add cucumbers too. As I look at my sandwich both the tomatoes and cucumbers are old, spoiled and should not be served to customers. Period. The tomatoes were mealy and falling apart. The cucumbers weren't crisp or firm at all anymore, they were beginning to look like pickles. I took the veggies off of my sandwich and threw them out. It's either that staff here don't know what fresh vegetables should look like or they do and they proceed anyway. As a customer if all you are spoiled, old and mealy veggies that I'm just going to throw in the trash just save me the trouble. I'd so much rather that restaurant staff tell me that they don't have the veggies available at the moment over putting old, nasty veggies on sandwiches.

I ordered 2 meatball subs and a double cheese steak. The meatball subs had very little sauce on them and very little cheese. The double cheese steak was dry.

Inedible garbage. Gristly, pink beef. Goopy mayo everywhere. I am too afraid to return, they can't be trusted to serve food.
