Courtside Cutz For Men

Walked in at 520pm on Tuesday night. Two stylist were cutting hair. Guy at front of store asks if I have an appointment. I did not have appointment and he informs me they have no openings the rest of the evening. Offered to make me appointment or suggested I call back. Store was EMPTY except for 3 employees and two customers already getting their hair cut. Not one other person waiting! I walked out and will NEVER consider returning.

Store was a glorified Great Clips.
Nothing special inside. On door entering establishment they had a list of cancellation and no-show policies. Here is an idea...cut the hair of customers like me who show up and have cash in hand. What man wants to make an appointment to get his hair cut?????? Not this one! To many other places to get a hair cut in this city. Stay away! Spend money and time at another business. Someone who will treat you right and be glad that you want to be their customer.

We've been coming to Courtside Cutz for over a year. My husband and sons like the service they receive and this is their barbershop! Call ahead to make an appointment as they are often booked when I've called to get in that same evening. Weekends are of course busy but just call a couple days in advance and you'll be good to go!

After receiving two haircuts from Courtside, one good, one fair, I showed up one night to try the place again. The shop was supposed to close at 7pm, however when I arrived at 6:40, they were locking the doors and heading home. Figuring that I couldn't rely on them to be there when they were supposed to be, I didn't return for at least six months.
Tired of Great Clips policy of allowing people checking in online getting their haircut before a waiting customer, I decided to try Courtside again. It was a Sunday afternoon, and there were two people receiving haircuts, and two waiting. The guy that checks people in was less then friendly. He asked if we had called ahead, and I asked him if they took call aheads. He grumbled "No- we just have a lot going on right now". I just turned around and left.
Obviously these folks know nothing of customer service. I would prefer to give my business to a local company over a franchise chain, but this is definitely not the one.

I do appreciate they offer the public service discount! Not a lot places do this, however they were very misleading on the quality of the "high and tight" services they offer based on their website. I believe the quote was "Our stylists are experienced and trained in the high and tight". I received a $20 bowl cut.

Love coming here. They cut my son's hair all the time. He even gets the hot towel treatment! Not all sports-related places take time to make it fun for kids. The stylists are always nice and do an amazing job. They take the time to make sure the cut is perfect!

This place is great. I went in with my 4.5 year old, and had an appt with no wait. They did a fantastic job with me, and a lot of people struggle with blending my hair without lines due to the thickness of it. What amazed me is how well they did with my son. Not only is it probably the best haircut he has ever had, but I was able to get my haircut too without having to feel worried about him. I will refer everyone to these amazing people!
