Checked in, wasn't told about the $100 security deposit until after they ran my card... they told me it was online, it was not. Got to the room it was fine except for being blazing hot in there. They state that the doors close at 9:30 which is fine but they should also use that as being a quiet time. My husband was up all night with someone from the hotel coming in & out of a door outside of our room (I'm guessing a maintenance room or storage) slamming it each time & stomping up & down the hallway. It was rude, & they need to be quieter! Do not stay here, just spend the extra $30 & stay on the beach.

Jaini refused to allow me to get an extension on my room. She refused to tell me the price of the extension and instead brushed me off to get out of the hotel.
Blaming miscommunication as an error because she thought I was just another brother trying to get a free late check out. . .

I woke up to bed bugs biting me. I called the front desk and even went downstairs when I noticed my arm was swelling. I was told the manager would call me but I have not received a call from a manager yet. The young lady that answered when I called explained that they had sprayed but didn't find any bugs. That's strange when I woke up to them on my skin when I was there and sent them pictures. I went Urgent Care yesterday and they confirmed that I did experience bed bug bites. I put all my clothes in the washer and dryer when I returned home. I can't believe hotels don't take issues like this serious. I was not offered any assistance or compensation for this disaster of a stay.

I do feel horrible about this review, but it's honest and I hope no one goes through the same experience. We booked this hotel on kayak after looking at photos and reviews. When we first arrived at the front desk everything seemed ok. The lady working the front desk was extremely sweet and kind.

We received our key and headed to the room. We drove down to the room and right when we parked I had a gut feeling it was going to be a horrible experience. We still decided to just go take a look at the room. As we walked in there was a nasty stale smell. I was terrified to get in the elevator it was so old and smelt odd. When we arrived on our floor we were punched in the face with the odor of marijuana and cigarettes. Mind you I have a 3 year old child with asthma. Right by our room there were two woman who seemed to be in the adult entertainment business, and who were high as a kite. I say that because in the hallway was stripper heels, lubrications, and Victoria secret perfume. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in years. When we go into the room it smelt terrible. They had mold all on the blinds. The bed was covered in mold and the blanket had cigarette burns on it. They was a tiny tv that didn't work. I will say, that the bathroom was extremely clean and nice though. But under all of the circumstances we had to leave. It was just a horrible experience. We explained everything to the lady working the front desk and she was beyond kind and understanding and canceled our stay and we were refunded every penny. So I was impressed with how she handled it, but this place isn't the place for a family.

Trying to check in ... and the front desk lady is shopping with some lady who sells jewelry and having a full blown conversation . While I was standing there waiting to check in . Room was moderately clean. Front desk n housekeeping had no clue if I was checking out the next day or not and to top it all off the fire alarm went off .... they didn't offer and comps or anything ...,

This hotel is recently renovated. Our room was super clean and the beds are extremely comfy. Real blankets! Not those typical crappy hotel covers. I got a great price through Priceline--so check there first. Breakfast was complimentary and was just ok; good coffee though! I would stay here again for sure. Lots of room for your money. We had a two queen bed with a living room that had a pull out couch.

Not a good experience here. Changed rooms first room toilet did not work. The second room the toilet seat was falling off. The bottom line its a dated place with much wear and tear. The cleanliness lacks the tub would not drain and was disgusting. If you plan on staying be prepared for disappointment. When we arrived they had already hit my credit card for the week.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and a teammate for a national dance competition. We selected the venue because of the price and proximity to the venue. It was very close and accessible to the marina/civic center.

We had so many problems when we were here. The main problem was the housekeeping staff. On multiple days, the housekeepers would say they didn't have time to clean the whole room, asked us what we needed, and had us sign a clipboard for them. We were missing towels frequently. Once, I came back to our room and they had left it propped open for more than an hour. The phone didn't work, the shower head sprayed all over the bathroom, one of the lights didn't work, the breakfast area was not regularly restocked/cleaned when they were busy. At the end of the stay, I went to split the bill with my roommate and instead of paying half of the bill, my credit card was charged three times. I contacted the manager directly and received a 4-sentence email back saying the concerns would be addressed. We will find another place if we are in the area again!

This hotel was awful it was dirty and the staff was not very nice. It took us about 30 minutes to check in because they had no idea what they were doing. After walking in our room our feet were covered in dirt from the carpet. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone there are much better places for the money.

A bus station is cleaner! I checked in and the first room the TV didn't work. This didn't bother me too bad, but the paint and stains on carpet broken door lock, etc., did. I was then moved to a room with no working AC or heat. The third room had paint all over carpet, large dark stains on carpet, another broken deadbolt, toothpaste all over handles and toilet paper holder, and......pubic hair on pillow and hair on one bed and the other bed appeared to have been slept in and the covers just pulled back up. My reservation was only for one night (thankfully or I would have moved to another hotel), but I was awakened at 830am by loud banging from a Mr. Patel wanting to know if I was going to check out at noon! (WTF????)When I used the business center, a computer in the main lobby, the printer didn't work. The front desk clerk agreed, sayng it had been out of ink for a while! The main lobby stairwell was out of order (?), a main fire exit, as mentioned by other travelers. There was an overwhelming chemical freshener smell in hallways and room, what are they attempting to cover up? The little fridge in the room had ice an inch thick in the freezer and it was yellow! Not pale yellow either! When I checked out (they did credit me the sty), I mentioned the above concerns to the day manager, front desk clerk and a member of housekeeping. I actually took the member of housekeeping to the room and showed here all the hair, soap, etc., and she was not surprised at all. When I mentioned being woke up, they all knew who it was and said he did that to see if items were left in rooms he could get to first and keep. Staff knows about these issues and chooses not to do anything about them. Also, management is aware also, to no avail. Radisson should be ashamed to have anything to do with this property. On a positive note, it is convenient to downtown, St. Andrews, restaurants, shopping and colleges. That's the positive. There are way too many hotels in Panama City that are cheaper (they were going to charge me $140.00!), just as convenient, but are clean with knowledgeable staff. Go elsewhere and keep on going.....away fast!!!! Pictures of rooms are actually on their facebook page, for how long, who knows!
