I had a very pleasant stay. Here for the A&M game. Location is great.

Suite was very large and well appointed. Great A/C. New televisions. Shower was awesome. Terrific water pressure. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly.

It was expensive because it was a football weekend but that's the deal with all college towns.

      I will return.

      1 check-in

This was our second stay and will not be our last. A convenient hotel when we go down to visit baby boy in college. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and accommodating. Lots of counter space to drop stuff after a busy day. We'll be back.

NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND!!! Well looking at the photos from others I believe we all had the same experience. On our way to the hotel (the day of check in) we received a call stating we didn't have a room because they "over booked" and had made a mistake. We let them know we booked over a month ago and still was argued asking if we book today and so finally after being on hold they said, "oh your reservation is here, see you soon." We get here and our room is beyond stuffy and hot, not to mention doesn't smell good!! As you can see from pics management could careless. We brought it up to the attendant up front and he PERSONALLY would be up to "fix or look at it" I'm surprised he can do it all... but hey, better than nothing but he never came! Tv is broken and has no volume! Like this is the biggest joke! Super dissatisfied!!! I don't want to sleep or shower here even after a long day of traveling and that's gross! Don't trust the towels being clean and they leave "body wash, conditioner, lotion" because who needs shampoo! Or a second towel for 2 people checked in! Listen to me... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Later talked to management and he said "yeah, your ac is broken!" Nothing he could do to fix it, because they are sold out!

This place is horrible. I've stayed in a lot of hotels & this one is by far the worst! It's disgusting! I first got here, kicked my shoes off (there's no carpet, not even a rug) Literally after only 3 minutes, the bottom of my feet were black! If the floors are filthy, what else hasn't been cleaned ?? The sheets have holes in them & the blanket I put on the couch bed looks like been used for years & washed a million times! It's really raggedy.

We had excellent service during our stay. The rooms were nice and big. The bed was very comfortable. It had a small fridge and microwave. The price was cheap which was a plus for the room being so nice, plus you got a very nice breakfast. The staff was super nice. I definitely recommend this hotel as a very nice, cheap place to stay.

I had a really bad experience at Days Inn by Wyndham Bryan six minutes from this location I walked into the Country Inn and suites and was greeted by China. I told her how I just had a really bad experience down the street and I just needed a room for me and my daughter she said don't worry about it she would take care of me and had me in a room within 15 minutes. Thank you China. You have great customer service. God is going to bless you because you blessed me.

Breakfast service was great & beds were comfortable!

When we got there we asked for our rooms to be close together- it was 2 rooms. The person that check us in said they didn't have rooms together- like next door. My parents get checked in and the first room(119) they got was completely undone. They got a new room (402) across the hallway from us (406) after they told us they didn't have rooms close together!

When they got their room there were stains in the carpet, and the chair was ripped up- not a good look.
In our room (406) the bed sheets were ripped, ant there was water stains in the wall.

Hotel was picked by a friend of mine to stay during graduation and coming from staying at the brand new Best Western Plus down the street this place was eh a little under done.

The lady staff that worked here were excellent and on point, there was one young guy on his laptop at the front that made no effort to offer personality or any conversation, he was as basic robot as they come, didn't explain where the elevators were, what room we had booked etc.. just asked for ID and card didn't say a word.

The rooms were decently cleaned, the shower windows were dirty water stained and all the amenities like shampoo, lotion was half empty which is disgusting in my book, please replace them with new ones before a guest arrives. The WIFI super fast and took care of all my Netflix needs. The beds were horrible and like sleeping on a cot, especially with the little micro pillows they give you, it's like a 3 pillows to equal 1 normal pillow ratio.

      PROS:
      Fast Wifi
      Cheap Price
      Great Location
      Free Decent Breakfast
      COLD AC

      CONS:
      Staff could use personality skills
Housekeeping could use a re-training course
      Beds Suck
      Pillows Suck

Overall not a bad stay but for the same price there is a brand new Best Western down the street, check it out first.

      *****BED BUGS*****

You have been warned. We stayed here for the Auburn vs. A&M weekend (11/4/17) and all three of our guests were mauled by bed bugs. Stay here at your own risk.

Besides the bed bugs, this hotel was generally old and stuffy. The walls were thin and the construction seemed cheap. I would highly advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
