We love Coulson Mosley pest control. We tried Aptive pest control for a year (stuck in contract) and we were very disappointed with the effectiveness of their products used. Still had spiders all the time. We just started back with Coulson Mosely and the spiders are gone. Yay.
Aptive only sprays the perimeter of the house and garage. Coulson Mosely sprays the entire property and all the bushes and trees.

Gilbert Jaimez of Coulson-Mosely came to my house in San Jose and did a very thorough and professional rat-proofing job, sealing up even the smallest potential rodent openings to make sure they cannot enter the house, garage, attic or any other spaces. He even crawled under the house and secured the air vents and everyplace. They call him "The Rat Man" for good reason. He is a real pro and did an outstanding job. Kudos to Gilbert and to Coulson-Mosely.

I hired these guys and they sent out a man by the name of Gilbert. Wow!! What a great experience compared to the other companies. He was professional polite and knew his stuff. He went around and pointed out things no one ever mentioned before. He went to work and just completely secured my environment. I've not had an issue since he did his magic. I still have a few traps set, but so far none have gone off and no signs of any rodents. I highly recommend these guys especially Gilbert. So ask for him!!

Their business is now called Detailed Pest Control. I have had issues with squirrels getting into a rental property I manage. Gilbert helped assess the situation and showed me why previous exclusionary attempts failed. He talked to the resident to get a clear picture of the breach and came back to me with a plan and a fair price. y.We discovered that some type of animal was digging under our home in Walnut Creek. Having used Gilbert prior with Coulson-Moseley, I promptly called him again. This was a much more serious problem than we had previously as we discovered there was a MaMa and a litter of possums nesting under our house. In order to trap the MaMa we would have to let the little babies without a food supply. Gilbert took the time too partially seal up the area leaving an opening and putting a removable wire across the access hole so they would have an opportunity find a new home as with all the noise of attaching the new wire to the building preventing further access, we hoped, would disturb the family and they would move. The family has moved on and with Gilbert's patience and expertise everyone is happy.

This company is quick and professional. Just over two years ago I had them spray (for termites) and sealed the house up from any rodents. In those two years I have called them for a number of silly things... I saw a termite outside, I saw bat poop that I thought was from a mouse. Whatever the case, Gilbert has come out quickly and set my mind at ease because they stand by their work, and if it's not working they fix it (in my experience). He's very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This isn't a big company. It's your regular home-grown company with a few employees who really and truly care about their clients.
